It will be strictly third years they will be part of the class basically like minor characters going to major.

Now as to teachers I'm very hesitant due to the fact that it could slow it down and if someone who is a teacher were to go inactive then we'd be stuck to my thing is people have to prove they will be active and that means a very rigorous process.
