Wait, did skipping Year 2 win the poll or was that an executive decision? And are we finished with Year 1 after this arc?

Not sure if anyone knows this, but using Reparo on a living thing is proscribed, and doing so usually leaves bad scars- I'm imagining that it'd be even worse with a First Year performing it.
You'd be better off using Tergeo and Vulnear Sanentur.

I'm going to add something to that, that decree was put in place after several people complained about the spells being used. So that was not a decision I did as an executive order.

So I have this scene were somebody slips Derek something in his water/milk/whatever during dinner one night during year three and he transforms into a wolf during the next early morning, but only after everyone wakes up and leaves to go to classes.
He wakes up a few hours later to find that he's a wolf and he can't leave the common room.
