Anyone with any knowledge of medical spells want to come to Cyrus so that they can treat James, who's not doing good right now?

Will we be able to use spells like Stupefy, Expulso etc? That aren't necessarily Dark Magic? Or are they also included in the decree?

Damn the dice gods were not on many sides today. I will start the banquet probably tomorrow to allow the IC to move to whatever point. Also congrats to Hufflepuff for winning for the first time in 300 years!

I have been looking forward to it. Not saying that Cyrus will do a good job of it or not, but it would be fun.

Maybe this can be done like right after our time in the forest (minor time skip maybe).
