You shouldn't have invaded Indonesia, if you were not planning on accepting the consequences. Also, with no immigration, the whites will really wanna go, feeling trapped. I don't care if you are building a nation, you've been doing that for twenty years or so. Germany's propaganda worked so well because they were hurt. They lost a war, lost land, lost culture, lost pride, and lost glory. They were given hope and told doing all these things would bring back German glory. Land, wealth, space, glory, pride. Morale was high because the people had hope that all these things that people said were/would happenc were true. Your nation is not doing this. Gaining a small amount of indonesia for land isn't bolstering space, you haven't endured a war yet so national morale should be normal.

As for WWI, it was going to happen anyways, there's no getting around it. People were naturally patriotic during this time, in EUROPE because there had just been so much imperialism and exspansion. People were more than happy to give their lives to prove there country and it's ideals were the best. This isn't what you are doing. All of these countries and their people thought the way they acted, lived, and beliefs were superior to everyone else. Propoganda had it's place, but the population was already one board from years of this nationalist feeling.

There is no way, in this time period, to crush a rebellion, hiding on 18,306 islands. On top of that, Israel sends peacekeeping troops, to keep you from kicking out all of the Dutch.
