Well, actually, I have an better Idea. I can build ships no problem, just need the know how. I want the plans of how to build a ship better than anything I've built in my Navy so far. Gonna say, you probably have 1 measly dry dock in Louis City. To build large vessels, you are going to have to state you built a huge, industrial, dry dock. I believe, Mexico waited a year for it to complete.

Sounds like banana republic, stuff. Also, the train through the rockies, would most certainly take ages to build, at this time. It would probably be best, to either build a network into Mexico, from Arizona or New Mexico, or fund the building of networks across Mexico, and trade with him by ship. If he has trains across Mexico, he can ship all his goods to a few ports on the west coast, which you could pick up the goods from. Also, a lot of goods will be coming from Papua New Guinea, an overseas territory.

Hey! I have multiple small measly dry docks! How dare you good sire! One in Louis City, New Louis, Jefferson City in the Philippines. But we can build big. I already said people in the Rim, more specifically Vietnam and my British settlers have a thing for building ships. Do I have to build one at a time, or can I build both.

You will need the large dry dock, to build the large ships. You can build multiple large dry docks at a time, but make sure it is realistic. To be funding multiple London sized dry docks across your empire, will definitely take away from funds, elsewhere.

This is very good! I could even use one to build a system of railroads to connect my own Nation. Now that I think about it, I have two questions. A. Can I build a third rate in my shitty harbors. B. Can I produce hella cannons for no conspiquous reasons at all.

I have raw resources all over the place, what are you talking about? I got hella rice. Also, I was just pointing out the things we should trade. For this, we could produce lots of raw resources. We still do technically. We don't do much Cotton though.

I conquered a bunch of shit, agreed to build a railroad and trade agreement with Mexico. Also decided to build 3 major docks one at a time. One in Louis, New Louis, and Jefferson. That's it from me.
