Still, why Siberia? All of your resources are currently being used on the Persian War and Colonizing Madagascar. Why would you waste resources to colonize a sparsely populated area, that has little to no resources. You'd be throwing tons of money away, in the way of funding Colonial Efforts and keeping a standing force to keep the peace, on a territory that will not give you a return, and will then give you a deficit.

I thought it did have resources like Timber and shit like that! If I'm wrong, tell me know! I don't want anything to do with it if that's the case! Also, I view sparse population as a bonus. Less hard to control, so no major rebellions. I just need to claim it, and send a small colony. It's also being done over an extended period of say..... 30 years.
