If you are playing as a bandit clan you can only use post collapse of late medieval weaponry. So that means no gas-operated guns, no automatics. Nothing that doesn't fit within the post collapse and medieval category in the OP.

No, I'm just gonna sit in my corner unable to trade to anyone because the only gov't that would be willing to trade with me has now left. I'm about to get fucked in the ass by Bandits, by Communists for being 'Capitalist' or the fucking Ocean.
All I can do right now is sit on my own dick and hope I don't get fucked in the ass and killed within five pages of IC.

EDIT: Just wondering in terms of the maximum population cap can we slowly develop beyond that as our faction expands and gains more land to support them? I assume the limit is just for the beginning but I'd like to clarify.

I could trade with you as a trade company if you explained why it'd be better for me to be a trade company near you than next to Apror.

Nationstates Name: Lunas Legion
Faction Name: The City (also referred to as 49ers)
Faction Type: Trading Company
Flag (Optional): Here.
Governing Ideology: Republianism with an added focus on wealth.
Leader(s): Chairman John Barns
Head Coachman Victor Sullivan
Head Drafter Ginny Fernandez
Territorial Claims: San Francisco County, CA
Population: 2000
Armed Population: 500
Technology Level: Post-Collapse
History: The history of The City can be traced back to the pre-war San Fransisco 49ers. In the days after the apocalypse, with the city's government having fled the city, the team of the 49ers took charge as the only force with any popular support left in the city. The 49ers quickly monopolised distribution of supplies within the city and established their control over the city. As things settled down, The City, as San Francisco became known, was confused with another City which was a major pre-war financial center, and furthermore supplies began to run low within The City.
Forced by necessity, The City began to trade with outlying communities and roving tribes, selling the vast quantities of pre-Collapse materials from the city in exchange for food. The City soon discovered that trade was quite profitable, and inspired by the pre-Collapse City, morphed The City into a neutral market ground from where anyone could buy or sell under the watchful eye of the 49ers, the City's security force and owners while sending out caravans, referred to as 'coaches', to trade with more distant groups and to find more sources of things to sell in The City. The City has also recently begun using its small fleet of boats to trade up and down the coasts. The boats are normally used to travel across San Francisco Bay, as The City is inaccessible by land bar two fortified bridges to the north and east due to the heavily-armed 'helmet-men' to the south.
Culture: The City is a melting pot of sorts, where tribals and other factions meet to trade with each other and the 49ers in The City itself. The City doesn't care for religion or ideology, and indeed has little in the way of proper law unless it could interfere with the trade that flows through The City or the 49ers control of the city, in which case the law comes down like a sledgehammer on the offending party. Ultimately, culture in The City is based around trade and the deal, and ensuring that these are as fair as possible (unless you're dealing with the 49ers, in which case no laws apply to them.)

We have a policy of attacking bandit clans, killing the men, and assimilate the women and children. We could send you some of the women, but we feel ethnically challenged in this trade. We do have lots of fish however for trading, and our farms do good jobs.
