Noted. Your king knows quite a bit on this plant, oddly enough, and he must be quite hands-on to be the person informed about such...infestation. Vines growing on vines sounds like something a provincial authority, at best, deal with. Interesting.

Well this could effect the Navy, and the production of crops, so of course it effects the king. Plus, the king likes talking to friendly tribes, and learning from them, and other kingdoms. Besides, he considers himself very involved with the people.

Besides, the King is a smart man. His father taught him to remember anything that could benefit the Kingdom. Also one of the people who are literate.

Doesn't really have to be all that peaceful, I went for an attack on my first post. Better to deal with the bandits to some degree now rather than wait around for them to hit me, especially when I am surrounded on all sides and have Ferals to deal with (hopefully peacefully) also. I'd say what you do in your first post is up to you.

I trust it's acceptable that I'm conducting plans that were in the making before the start of the RP, it wasn't even an occupation or an annexation/vassalisation.

Upload the flag to an image sharing site (like imgur, tinypic, phtobucket, etc) and then copy and paste the image location into the app, and surround the url with the [img] tag. It shoudl then show up in your app.
