Whats going on internally with your nation? What are the problem you are facing? How is the ungodly amount of stuff you planed going to happn? In the end most of that is up to you, we can not write your posts for you.

Not looking to just eliminate threats by saying they have 2 guys with sticks but I'm just concerned if I have to rally my entire army every time I encounter hostile NPCs rather than just sending a group of 100 guys or so.

Okay, and how do we make IC posts? How long? How many? What's involved?
Edit: Apparently Kudzu is edioble, and the way to get rid of it, its roots could make for more food. Apparently it's roots are like potatoes, leaves spinach. You can also make jellies out of it. I could probably sell this shit! Better, use it for agriculture while we still have and are getting it away from the area!

That's literally a 'noxious weed' and an invasive species in your area. Using it for agriculture means all other plants would be screwed, literally. That'd upset the natural ecosystem, as native plants would most likely be displaced or entirely killed due to the spread of Kudzu. This would lead to issues with the animal population, as I assume some of them eat plants (And would not want to eat the Kudzu), which would start to kill off your herbivore population. This would then kill your predator population.
I do not think you should use this.

Good no, we wouldn't use it for agricultural. Just all the vine we get, we'd use anyway we can. I know it's effects, and we're working to stop it, but we'll use the vine once it's dead. The edible parts of course. The friendly tribes thought us a thing or two.

One of these things just doesn't belong here.
