Mainly by infecting water supplies, shooting doctors, and catapulting infected corpses into town squares.
Let’s not dwell on our corpse strewn past. Let’s celebrate our corpse strewn future!

You'd likely spread the disease, which would, if unconfined, perpetuate the crisis even longer.

History: (Two Paragraphs Minimum)
The tribe was formed early after the end, known as "The Great Dark" by the Abequa people. Legend being told that the gods had destroyed man-kind for their continual sins against them. Early within it's history, they were quickly at constant war with neighboring cities, most often small bandit groups attempting to steal from the hunters of the Tribe. From these numerous attempts, the tribe was forced into constant war to protect itself, and it's land's riches. Many military strategies were formed from these wars known as "The New Beginning" by the people, mass-producing weaponry to eventually eradicate the pest from their surrounding lands.
After this beginning period of wars, it would not be uncommon to have the people move with a raiding party, taking weapons and food from closely located groups, that had no previous experience dealing with the tribe. These parties most often attacked at night, killing everybody within the camp before day would rise, moving on to attack another. Slaves are also not to be uncommon within the Abequa territories, taken from the able-bodied warriors of rival groups, aswell as fertile women. Of these slaves, they are able to join the tribe as an honored member after many years of hard work and loyalty to the clan, eventually being taught it's ways.
There's been few times that the tribe has ever been forced to move from it's land, either from drought or famine. This would usually occur after multiple years of sedimentary life within an area, the tribe then being led to the next area by traveling herds of animals. Before being settled, a ritual is to be had to have the land be blessed by the gods, producing fertile stacks of food for the clan to be contented with, ranking it above it's enemies that it may later destroy.
OFFICIAL RELIGION: The Old Ways.
Culture: Much of the Abaque tribe has roots with African ancestry, having a mix of Native-American, and African-Tribal tendencies. Honor is known only to those within the tribe, often taking outsiders as not worthy of such a thing, keeping many suspicions of them. Most, if not all members of the Abaque tribe are strictly born into it. The only possibly way for an outsider to become one with the tribe is to undergo various dangerous tasks for the tribe, aswell as tests before being examined by the Tribe Leader himself. Every man within the tribe is expected to be able to supply himself with weapons, aswell as have the common understanding of how to use them. As for the women, they are culture-bound into agriculture, often left home to take care of the children, if not taken to save wounded warriors upon the battlefield. The name of the tribe may often change, depending on a trip to the gods made by the leader, be it so that his bloodline dies. It is said that anybody incapable of reaching the gods is shown to be unworthy of leadership, and a curse upon the clan. Such people are often killed on the spot, or exiled.

Got me wondering what would happen if the Tosaki recall some of their own Japanese heritage when they meet with the Empire."Though I fly through the valley of Death, I shall fear no evil. For I am at the Karman line and climbing." - Bentusi SABRE motto
