I'm playing devil's advocate here but you can technically do pretty much whatever you want on NS as long as you don't actually describe it. You can say that something is happening without writing it. Otherwise half the violence on these RP forums would be over PG-13 and therefore against the rules.

I'm pretty sure there was a guide by a mod on violence and things like this. If I remember correctly the primary rule of good thumb is "write in good taste". Things may be implied, but it is the responsibility of the writer to know when to elaborate, when to describe and when to simply mention in passing or only even simply imply without explicitly mentioning. For example, PG-13 documentaries may mention the Mongol's taking wives from their enemies. There's no mention of non-consensual activities, but the implication is there - although it is just an implication.

In an RP sense, I could perhaps see a similar thing with a slave being mentioned as being the mother of another character's child and yet decidedly shown to not be treated as a member of the family - the deed itself deliberately not being described.

Factoring the +100 per new county and what a semi higher rate because people aren't exactly leaving the kingdom it's probably different, but this sums it up pretty well.

Alright, I'm actually curious about this I'd be inclined to look at data from less developed countries Wikipedia indicates that Oman grew at 9%, although I do not know if that includes immigration as well. On top of that, modern developing countries would be experiencing high growth rates due to low death rates + high birth rates. In the context of the RP, I'd be more inclined to expect high deaths and high births, which would slow growth.

So in short, I've got no idea how quickly the factions should grow :3
