I'm pretty sure there was a guide by a mod on violence and things like this. If I remember correctly the primary rule of good thumb is "write in good taste". Things may be implied, but it is the responsibility of the writer to know when to elaborate, when to describe and when to simply mention in passing or only even simply imply without explicitly mentioning. For example, PG-13 documentaries may mention the Mongol's taking wives from their enemies. There's no mention of non-consensual activities, but the implication is there - although it is just an implication.
In an RP sense, I could perhaps see a similar thing with a slave being mentioned as being the mother of another character's child and yet decidedly shown to not be treated as a member of the family - the deed itself deliberately not being described.
Also Frozen Forest, here's a link to the site rules mentionin PG-13: linky

Anywho, say I had 1,000 married young women. Would it be possible to encourage population growth so that each woman has 3 children, having 3,000 in the course of 5-10 years.

Would every woman have 3 children? Nope. You could try to encourage population growth I suppose, but you would have to list how you expect to do such a thing. Furthermore, performing this massive population growth would be...
Well. Straining. You'd be increasing your population from 6,000 to 9,000, which would be a great economic strain on resources.

That does make sense. Say 1 child per woman every 5 years?

1,000 population growth. Hmm...
OK, let's look at Real Life. The Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro area experienced a population growth of 2% in a year, recently. You could state that this doesn't matter, as in an agricultural society one has more children, but this area in Oregon is experiencing a good amount of population growth from immigration to the area, due to the good standard of living. Furthermore, population is an exponential growth, not a linear graph, meaning that you would, under normal circumstances, have less growth than a larger population.
2% per year gives you, a 6,000 person population, 120 new individuals per year, making for 600 per every 5 years.

I'd be inclined to look at data from less developed countries Wikipedia indicates that Oman grew at 9%, although I do not know if that includes immigration as well. On top of that, modern developing countries would be experiencing high growth rates due to low death rates + high birth rates. In the context of the RP, I'd be more inclined to expect high deaths and high births, which would slow growth."Though I fly through the valley of Death, I shall fear no evil. Factoring the +100 per new county and what a semi higher rate because people aren't exactly leaving the kingdom it's probably different, but this sums it up pretty well.

That is true. Doubt people would leave. And thank you Bentus for that information. Our countries, or mine at the least are in stage 2 of population.
Edit: I thought we were going IC this evening.
