Also, keep in mind that the Northwest is a very wet region which would accelerate any rusting process. It's likely such a vessel's metal would be fucked.

I'm not arguing with you, rape shouldn't be written about in detail (though alluding to it having happened should be alright, considering this is a Post-Apocalypse roleplay). I would like to see evidence however, for my own knowledge.
