Usually in superhero rp:s I have two characters I always use, but I'll go for something different this time. Right now I'm thinking of a Kitsune/Rommel/Miho from Sin City kinda girl...
Anowa: Since LA is Los Santanas in this world, is there anything else that has changed, or is it pretty much the same?

Powers:
Enhanced Agility
Enhanced Dexterity
Expert street fighter
Basic marksmanship training
Expert parkour
Equipment:
Lockpick
Binocular
Brass Knuckles
Electric shock prods
Glock 17c with suppressor
Weaknesses:
His enhanced agility and dexterity can only be used occasionally unless he wants his joints to be damaged badly.
Vulnerable to wounds and attacks that could hurt normal humans.
Personality: Thoughtful, focused, but also mischievous, he is at the very heart of himself only doing what he's doing right now because it is the best. Determined, sort of a jerk, and somewhat nice.
Background:
Fox was born in the poor slums of Los Santanas, his father left his mother when he was just 3, while his mother was a drug addict. His life wasn't good, though he started to fend for himself and built friendships with children at the poor slums. It was not a good thing, considering the presence of gangs and criminals in the slums, though he forced to be enlisted into one of the gang's membership in an attempt to built a life for himself. He was 8, worked as courier and occasional spy, him being a child made the job easier since nobody, almost nobody expected a child to do the kinds of job like that.
He grew up to be quite of an enforcer of some kind, though he liken himself as more of a thief, long since part of the local gang as scout, enforcer, his parkour given himself an ability to do his job properly. Of course, when he was 21, he began to realized he has the same powers just like those Meta-Humans, particularly on agility and dexterity. Enhanced on both sides made him a great addition to the gang, but he soon realized he became more of a thorn and a threat to the upper echelons, than as a useful addition.
A hit was soon on him when he was on a treat with his fellow friends. He had anticipated it, and able to escaped, at the cost of the deaths of his fellow friends and gang members. He published whatever evidences he had on the gang to the public through anonymous identity, shattered some of that gang's facilities, members, and money, while Fox escaped Los Santanas and hid himself in Mexico, before went to Panama. He used a new identity, John Harrison, to lowered down the heat on him.
He established himself as a somewhat well-known thief with a black-market suit and an obsolete one at that, providing him with light protection at the cost of increased agility, speed, dexterity. He also married local girl and began a family with her and a twin, whom he possibly realized might had traces of his powers on the twin's. He returned back to Los Santanas on 2016 to avoid, yet again another heat from Panama and soon worked as a thief again, he left his family at another city in USA in an attempt to protect them.

Costume Appearance:Above
Height: 5'7 or 1.43
Weight: 131 or 59kg(i don't know very much about math)
Powers: Can build anything with enough scrap and knowledge and can act enough as if he was the real thing.
Equipment:-Blueprint planner.
Weaknesses:
-A revolver
-A laptop suited as a briefcase to avoid suspicion.
-A voice changer-He's a coward
Personality:
-Not very good with remembering things
-Is just a normal person
-Afraid of the dark
A wise but cowardly person with hands that can build anything as long as he has the imagination to do so and thankfully, he is creative.
Background:
Born in Downtown Los Santanas to Kelly and Jospeh Michaels Kevin lived a simple life but as a child his parents would tell friends and family how he would be able to build Lego cities as if he was a real architect.
For the summers his father would be able to take him to the North Islands to camp or experience the wild life and would teach him survival skills when it comes to that but all of that stop when Middle school arrived.
In middle school he was quiet and would usually stay in a group of friends and make a herd predators would be afraid of them. While the cheerleaders cheer, jocks play and goths cry his group of friends built things out of anything they could get their hands on and learn a trick or two. Life for him was easy as planting a seed on soil.
High school came into play and as studies became harder and harder he would rather study than have fun but the only glimpse of fun he had was drama where he could take all of his anger on an unlucky lead role shouting at them and the teacher would just think it's all part of the play but life became more and more of an abyss than anything else at this point.
Taking a engineering and mechanical degree in College and a week before graduation he sat on his bedroom and thought about what to do with his life and his future as well as where he would get a job and feed his mouth and his parents and any future children he would have and so three days before his graduation he took a loan and rented an apartment in Little Tokyo which he would use as his hideout and graduated.
He bought a new coat and top hat and a voice changer and asked if his old classmates would be interested in doing a little mayhem here and there creating inventions that could hack into back accounts or actual bank themselves as they didn't want a dead-end office job and in three days graduated and told that his parents he got a job in a bookstore which led to them being disappointed but to pay his loan he and his friends did their first trick and hacked a bank account of someone living in North Las Santanas only a few cash of course enough to pay the loan and to give to his friends.

- Biological Immortality: Boris/Walter has biological immortality. He is immune to all biological diseases, contagions, and weapons, as well as being immune to aging and cancer. He also has a slight healing factor.
- Enhanced Condition: Boris/Walter is far stronger, faster, etc. than the average human; also processes things slightly faster and has better reflexes overall.
- Pistole Parabellum 1908: Also known as a Luger, has had it since escaping Nazi Germany.
- Pocketknife: For in case the Luger fails, he can stab at someone.

Age: Approx. 95 (give or take); appears 20-ish.
Gender: M.
Costume Appearance: No costume, technically speaking; wore a modified suit of armor with a Nazi insignia in the old days.
Height: 6'2" or about 1.9 meters.
Weight: 210 lbs or about 95.3 kilograms.
Powers:
- Biological Immortality: Boris/Walter has biological immortality. He is immune to all biological diseases, contagions, and weapons, as well as being immune to aging and cancer. He also has a slight healing factor.

Equipment:

- Pocketknife: For in case the Luger fails, he can stab at someone.
Weaknesses: Other than his slight healing factor (can recover from minor wounds relatively quickly) and enhanced condition, he is still human. Major or fatal wounds for a human would remain fatal for him.
Personality: Boris/Walter has been trained to have an adaptable personality, but he is predominantly an intelligent and cunning individual; able to manipulate others to get what he wants, as well as talk people into working for him or working against their usual goals. This does not always work, however. Boris/Walter has many traits of ASPD (also known as sociopathy), and views non-whites and such as untermensch / subhuman.
Background: Born in Germany somewhere around 1920-1922, Boris Wolff only knew Germany after the Great War. Born with a submissive Meta-gene, and one of the very few metas pre-exposure, Wolff grew up a relatively normal life in the impoverished Weimar Republic. Wolff harbored a hate for the Allied countries, like many Germans, for doing this to his homeland - namely because he grew up barely having enough money for food and such. When Adolf Hitler arose, Wolff signed up for the Reich's new military.
Eventually, Wolff was offered to join the experimental "Super Soldier" program, and accepted. Wolff was experimented on in various ways, using various drugs and chemicals. After numerous failures that almost resulted in death, one finally activated his meta-gene (the Nazi scientists did not know this, at the time). Wolff became stronger, faster and better than the average soldier; having more muscle and being generally more fit. He could no longer get sick or infected with illness, no matter what the Nazis exposed him to. He was to be their perfect weapon. Unfortunately, the project only began making headway near the end of the war. Wolff's "creators" were concerned, but gave him his modified suit of armor anyway because he could handle its weight. Temporarily staving off the Allies, many Nazi scientists escaped thanks to him. He followed shortly after.
Wolff and the scientists eventually made their way into the Americas, disassembling his armor and selling most of it off along the way. Eventually, they got into the United States and moved to Los Santanas. Wolff had been living here ever since, although under different aliases and moving every once in a while; using acquired assets and funds made by the scientists as they moved into new fieldwork. Wolff, personally, hoped to see a new rise of the Master Race, and considered himself the Ubermensch - or 'Superman' - the true master race. Wolff began study into the Meta Gene personally using his training as well as the assets gained over time by he and others loyal to him. He is planning to find a way to replicate his meta-gene and activate it in others, but as of yet has had no success.
Walter Rogers, his current alias, is a known conservative politician and businessman in Los Santanas, being a major stockholder in numerous companies and doing business with them regularly. He is relatively wealthy and influential in politics, but has a secret underground business as well - using it to raise funds and try to get the necessary amount to continue his work into creating an army of Ubermensch. Walter Rogers is known to be a fairly conservative person, but very, very few people know he's actually a Nazi in disguise. Some investigators in the US Government in Los Santanas suspect Rogers doesn't actually exist and that he isn't who he says he is, but so far struggle to find evidence to support that.
Walter Rogers hides his superpowers, for the most part, except when dealing with more illicit partners and such, as well as with other metas who could be considered 'villains'. Rogers, to this day, has kept his allegiance secret. He considers himself the heir to the title of Fuhrer, over a new Nazi Reich which he plans to found using his army of Ubermensch, should he manage to create them.

Alright, here's the deal.
I'll accept this.
But, due to previous interactions we've had, (a number of which weren't the best) and a number of stories and issues relating to issues others have had with you (specifically actions that would be considered 'Shady'). It will be a very short leash of acceptance. If you slip up I will nail you to the wall.

Fair enough, Anowa. I'll do my best to be compliant.
Also, is it bad that I feel a small amount of pride for creating literally Nazi Captain America (sort of)?

Super Identity: “Smith”
Real Identity: Therese Breytenbach
Age: 36
Gender: Female
Costume Appearance: Therese’s appearance, when off hunting, is one of a male. Black hair, combed back, late twenties, Caucasian, and a three piece suit help to, very easily, dissuade most combatants. The fact is oddly angular, however, and she always is sure to wear glasses, tinted, along-with. If it rains, she’s sure to add a black greatcoat to the whole instance, along with, perhaps, an umbrella. Overall it’s quite the professional image.
Height: 137.16 cm / 4’6”
Weight: 79 kg / 175 lb
Powers:Equipment:
- Spell-Casting
- Elemental Manipulation - Primarily Evocation of Fire. Possible to launch fireballs up to a range of a 100 ft, if the fireball is 6 in in diameter. Range increases with a decrease of the fireball’s diameter to a maximum range of 500 ft for a diameter of 1 in, though for practical reasons this is rarely used.
- Linguistic Magic - Evocation requres some linguistic talent, and most spells Therese has involve the spoken word. Longer spells, rituals, and other methods used to summon and temporarily amass greater magic uses long series of words, often in forgotten languages. To fail in the correct pronunciation of such series is total failure, or in other words, death.
- Symbol Magic - Runic magic is one of the eldest kinds, and Therese has paid special attention to it. Runes carved into rings may temporarily halt bullets, carved into the skin may aid in anti-tracking spells, and so on and so forth. Requires time to carve and a whisper of power to activate, though deactivation may take more time. Greater powers through this route require the spoken word along with, often, a sacrifice of blood.
- Illusive Appearance - Learnt from necessity, this power allows her to look like most individuals, though a picture must often be kept in the mind and details always can slip; bone structure, tines of hair, scars, things like that can never be truly replication. Not to mention fingerprints. As such, Therese’s taken to being only those individuals she’s creating herself, such as “Smith”.
- Anti-Psychic Presence - Also learnt from necessity, she doesn’t like people snooping around her head. Prevents stray mind-reading and impotent attempts at control, though any reasonably strong defense against mental attacks must be taken with full will applied. That is to state, if she wants to actually defend herself, she must put her mind to the task. Gives a headache, too.
Weaknesses:
- Dáinsleif
- Rauðskinna
- Ruger SP101 chambered in .38 Special
Personality: Therese is inquisitive. First driven by a thirst for knowledge, she was willful in using her powers for the gathering of such things. This stated, she is now a bit more unstable. The world is far more vaster than anything she could have guessed and far more dangerous. As such, she continues to gather her powers, intensely aware that there is someone watching her and completely convinced that they want to take her life away. To a degree, she’s probably not wrong. However, this is not to say that Therese is without caution; she uses her powers sparingly, convinced also that the use of such powers brings attention to herself.
- Durability. She’s not the most bullet-proof opponent and is, in all honesty, rather small. As a vanilla human, she’s rather in-shape, though that’s nothing compared to the Meta-Human community.
- Paranoid. The vast power she has accumulated have not been good for her nerves, and Therese is convinced that there are those above her who mean harm and that, as such, she has to accumulate more power. Also, she’s not that trusting and keeps people at arm’s length. Due to this, she has trouble, though that is an understatement, in making new friends or keeping friends to begin with. Rather a recluse.
Background: Born in Aschaffenburg, Germany, a small town in Bavaria, Therese’s parents were both quiet. The family kept to itself, for a time, though her father’s brief career in writing would end in ruin. As such, to support the family, he would take-on being a police officer, writing tickets. Therese would go to school, quietly, and following that go to college. During her time there, she would be offered a chance to go off and be a Foreign Exchange Student. Therese took it.
It was during this period her powers arose. She found that, well...finding things became easier. It was simple things at first, a pair of keys, lost boots, a credit card in a parking lot, before becoming a bit more interesting. Therese found the combination to a friend’s locker, a transcript, a password to a school admin account. It was all odd, out of place, and after a week, she found she could direct it. Aim herself at a goal. Therese did just that, and after a three month journey (Backpacking, she told her parents), she found a book, Rauðskinna. Practice, practice, practice, that’s what she’s told herself since then, and that is what she has done.
In the space of a few years, Therese would travel to Scandinavia, retrieving Dáinsleif, the sword of King Högni, and would find Evocation to be some of the simpler magics one might do. After the event of slightly singeing a cat, she would move out of her parent’s home, making her way to, first Great Briton, and then to the US. A certain event involving the summoning of a Demon (Which went as well as might be expected) set her away from those darker powers, following a further self-convincement that such powers would, simply, expose her more to the poorer kinds of people, get more attention from them.
Since then she’s laid low.
