Comes with semi-immortality, enhanced strength to the pount of lifting a car, speed to the point of running at 50 mph, and senses to smell blood from 5 miles and see clearly in the dark. However, Raphaël still has trouble controlling his enhanced capabilities and unsustainable thirst for blood. Though the more he feeds, the stronger he would get and the more control he would have over himself.
Vampirism comes with these weaknesses:
-The need to feed at least 4 liters of blood a week or else he goes crazy and becomes beast like...
-A great aversion to sunlight which could burn and turn him into ash in fire if in sunlight directly.
-Glowing red eyes that make him stand out in darkness
-The still need to sleep, sometimes longer than normal humans
-Allergic to garllic that could potentially kill him in large enough quantities
-All holy objects and places which can burn, petrify and leave him greatly vulnerable
-Reflection can cause vertigo, nausea, slight amnesia and things like that involving nausea
-Whatever kills vampires, like stakes to the heart, kills him too.
-A bullet to the head will knock him down for a few hours as his vampiric nature slowly rebuilds the synapses in her brain. A wood bullet -if successfully fired- will kill him indefinitely. A silver bullet to the head will lead to a very hefty case of amnesia, and a very long stay in bed.
-Normal wounds will heal in a days time, but silver and wood inflicted wounds will heal slower than that of a normal person.

• PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS: His Parents have been wiped out by a Vampire Attack, and after being bitten and succumbing to vamprism unintentionally killed his own sister out of pure vampiric hunger. He still has grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, and have been living with the former for some time...
• BIOGRAPHY AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Raphaël Raymond was born in the small town of Locronan, France to a middle-class family with a mom, dad and two sisters. He lived a happy, yet pretty normal life, being top of his class in school and best on the soccor team. However, everything changed when a group of vampires invaded the town of Locronan at night and attacked the townsfolk. Raphaël's parents fought them off along with the rest of the town, with him protecting his parents. However, they were both killed in the fight. The vampires then broke into Raphaël's home and though he fought them off he ended up bitten by one of the vampires in a struggle that ended with the attacker getting killed. Due to the fight, though, Raphaël was in the end transformed into a vampire fledgling, affecting both his physiology and his mind. In a newfound ravenous hunger for blood, Raphaël unintentionally turned on his sisters and killed them.
Raphaël was, the next morning, luckily for him a cloudy day, found by a group of super heros who came to Locronan to fight the Vampires. They found the boy orphaned in the basement, traumatized, rocking in a corner in fetal position, and unable to control his powers and animalistic thirst for blood. Thus, after carefully caring for Raphaël for sometime they sent him to an academy center for metas as a student, hoping that he would be rehabilitated. The newly fledged vampire did well at the school in both training and academia, even while struggling with trauma from the incident and his almost unquenchable thirst for blood. He made some friends at the academy, but remained a rather private kid and a loner.
Upon reaching the age of 18, though still biologically 14, Raphaël left the school to live with his grandparents. Inspired by the attack on his family with both guilt and a desire for revenge, became a vampire hunter, protecting the lands of France. Raphaël was quite successful for a time, being involved in many vampire attacks throughout France in the last 3 years. However, the young vampire began to lose control of himself, often succombing to his thirst for blood. So, Raphael recently joined Echo Ten to continue his work, but under more supervision on his increasingly uncontrollable vampirism.

His life was fine until his family decided to take a vacation out to the Middle East when Tobias was 10. Without much warning a skirmish between two warring factions. Unable to escape, Tobias and his parents were taken prisoners by one of the factions. They were held there for weeks before Tobias' parents were killed as an example to make the faction seem more powerful. Eventually the opposing faction hire a mercenary group called the Crimson Wolves to help them defeat their enemy. The Wolves cleared out the prison camp and rescued all the hostages. Dimitri found Tobias huddled in the corner of his cell, laughing and crying at the same time. Having enough sympathy in his heart, Dimitri decided to take Tobias in as his adoptive son.
Dimitri let Tobias live as much of a normal life that he could have. He returned Tobias to his home in Paris and watched over him until he was sure Tobias could take care of himself. Still, Tobias was definitely scarred after the whole ordeal, but it seemed to have changed him in many ways. Throughout the rest of his life things started disappearing and reappearing in different places. At first Tobias just took it as he was forgetting where he placed things, but then it got to where things would disappear and reappear days later and nowhere near where he lost it. Eventually he figured out that he was the one making things disappear and reappear. Tobias found that if he concentrated and focused hard enough, he could make rifts through space that acted as portals. Whenever he had free time he found himself honing his new found skill.

He decided to join his adoptive father and went to work for the Crimson Wolves. He found particular interest in sniping and was trained under the group's sniper. Sometimes he would use his powers to make "impossible" shots and impress the other guys. Eventually Tobias did tell Dimitri and the mercenary group about his abilities and they figured out a way he could use his powers for the good of the group. Tobias started running reconnaissance missions for the group to give them intel and make ops run smoother. It was a good life for Tobias until Echo Ten came in a recruited him.

He decided to join his adoptive father and went to work for the Crimson Wolves. He found particular interest in sniping and was trained under the group's sniper. Sometimes he would use his powers to make "impossible" shots and impress the other guys. Eventually Tobias did tell Dimitri and the mercenary group about his abilities and they figured out a way he could use his powers for the good of the group. Tobias started running reconnaissance missions for the group to give them intel and make ops run smoother. It was a good life for Tobias until Echo Ten came in a recruited him.
Nothing's wrong here. Accepted. Though I have something of a minor thing regarding the expertise in military and your character's current age. I'm not quite the military expert here but I do think you need to make him at least 28, perhaps.

But, yes, his chronon field could be jacked up because of that.... and also his affect on the main timeline, the way he influences events.
