After they Join and a ceasefire line is agreed to, the Somalian-Ethiopian Union is formed with a more pirate based economy, borrowing heavily from the pirates that roamed somalia's coast. in 2030, Eritriea joins under heavy pressure, and in 2035,President Saddar invaded Kenya to include them into the union, the effort led to a bloody seven month conflict that resulted in the victory for the union. This came to bite him back in the ass though, as He was assassinated by a Kenyan nationalist rebel with a bomb. President Dacar was swiftly sworn in within the hour, and he has ruled the nation ever since.
