Sickness lasts for two turns- keep feeding them and they'll be right as rain in no time.

Currently no, but you could adopt an Aspect for that. I believe someone is already planning to do so.

Nope, given that's your project and not his. I'm generally pretty lenient on double-dipping with labor, but he'll have to send a follower to transfer it.
