We certainly still have space- you won't be at a disadvantage, as you'll actually be starting with more population than some of the starting RPers.

Lanternton wrote:If this is still open and a new god wouldn't be at a severe disadvantage, I gladly submit my god: Nufteus, who is now complete.
God Application
Name: Nufteus
Color: Beer Yellow
Position on Map: To the right of the wheatfields.
Aspects: Stalwart, Maker, Bones of the Land
Personality: Nufteus is a bringer of knowledge and a staunch defender. He is a patron of trade and a peaceful deity, though he will not hesitate to defend what is his and those he loves with extravagant force. For Nufteus, conflict is seen as an undesirable means to an end. He believes only through trade can humanity prosper. Because of this he spends much of his time with his people on the world, trading and encouraging them to innovate.
Appearance: Nufteus appears as a younger man with raven-black hair, olive skin, and striking steely eyes with flecks of gold. His hair is curly and unruly, and his razor could be better, leaving a shadow of the beard he once had. He dresses modestly, though the quality and style of the clothes are still far beyond that of the people he guides. At his hip is his trusty blade, the Stygian Crescendo, which has served him faithfully for more years than he cares to remember. Its black steel is said to have been forged from a fallen star by a long-forgotten craftsmen god.

Honestly, there being other gods doesn't necessarily preclude your worshippers being monotheists. They don't know the history of the world, after all.

Looks swanky Shy. I knew I couldn't dominate that tasty wheat forever I'll look to have you on the map in an hour or two.

Potentially, but there's also plenty of room for "those folks over there mistakenly worship a powerful spirit, instead of a true God like me. Silly heathens."Novas Arcanum wrote:Could I take food from dormant tribes?
Sure. That's essentially what the raiding mechanic is for.

Yeah, at the same time I wouldn't want them to think I'm not the only real god. However, although my followers may refer to me as "the One", I'm not sure if you should when you post the results at the end of the day.

Haha okay, I'll stahp. Pronouns and alternative names are just so devilishly useful in repetitive writing.
