Absolutely zilch.

Camping inactives may be a way to victory in mobile games, but not in RP
Aw, what? But fighting inactives still has many downsides. Not only can they kill and injure your people, but if you want to outnumber them, you need most of your tribe to be fighters, meaning you can do little else that day.

Very temporarily, sure. But it is easy to outnumber an inactive tribe and thence beat them down in a turn or two, at which point you double your resources.

Hmm? You don't get free access to a tribe's resources when you defeat them, and you can only injure them, not kill them, meaning it'll always be a fight to take their stuff.

That would be correct, yes. Or you pay only five to swap one of your current Aspects for a different one. Or you pay ten and create a new Aspect entirely and adopt it.

Baseline 5 Divinity, +1.1x per adoption/upgrade.
I'm assuming the 1.1 rounds up, and not off, so it goes from 5 to 6 to 7...to 20, to 22 and so forth. EDIT: In fact, that's the only sensible interpretation, given that rounding off would make it permanently 5. Let's go with that one then.
