As far as I can tell, yes. You need a lot of money and a clean record, but it's possible. Faal said somewhere that it's unlikely that anyone who works with the mob would ever make it to the dome's surface due to price and past, so that makes me think that in rare circumstances it is indeed possible.

After a period of lazy pondering, I have finally thought up 2 very powerful defense and attack moves that my character can do. Sadly that Elizabeth girl with the electromagnetism powers and the like can still destroy me...(need to get on her side somehow...)

well it all depends really, he may just get angry at someone if he is disturbed when drinking, or he could be going to buy some alcohol with newly obtained money then he gets caught up in the search for Arch Angel or something and looses it, then he gets angry, i don't know. I am trying to figure how i will have the character be.

This is a pretty fair assumption. I will neither confirm nor deny anything.

Put him in a group with Sam, and we have two people working together who are unstable at the drop of a hat. Fun times. XD
