And sure, they could go around to the fire escape of take the stair, but that's what a rational person would do. Elizabeth would rather barge in and use their fire escape directly.

Or they can use the main stairs to the roof, but seeing as your character is crazy...

So I am trying to find a pic of a drunk anime character hat isnt NSFW, that is mighty difficult, let me tell you.

Also i am unsure whether i will have this character be a drunk beggar, or an assassin of sorts that is a drunk beggar as a hobby.

What is the age limit for a character anyways faal?

I as as one of the versions of the character i am making would, possibly be a descendant of someone the High overlord graced witha power, and then this guy got this one, and is still alive in part due to the Alcohol induce immortality, but because he must drink alcohol not of his own making, he has become broke over the years and few drinking establishmnts will let him in.

He actually isn't planning to kill Shilo... just some random guy hiding in the Neutral Zone... and that's only if it is discovered that the Triads are involved.

The metal man may be metal, but even metal can bend, dent and snap with enough strength, and it just so happens that Shilo can amplify his own strength to almost no limit, as well as augment the physical conditions of others (ie making the metal man slower, less durable and weaker as Shilo gets faster, more durable and stronger)

No idea i am still working them out, lol. They will be a drunk of some sort, and their powers will have quirks and drawbacks. I may remove the healing bit. I am still trying to figure out what they will do aside from being a drunk beggar.

Yep. It works on anything vaguely serious though.

The war raged, some countries being wiped completely of the map. One third of the worlds population was eliminated, and that was when the source of the signal became known. It was seen in the sky, a massive spaaaaaace ship. It slowly approached the earth, and humanity stopped fighting each other. They stopped fighting each other long enough to watch as their governments fell and the world fell into the grasp of a being known as the High Overlord. This High Overlord sent his horses. His horses where not living though. Everything that came down from the ship was robotic.
