Short Bio: Harper's childhood was surprisingly average, and not traumatizing. (How bizarre.) Now, you might be thinking, 'Why would a non-traumatized person with such power be a maid?' Simple. It is serving that strengthens her powers. Also, she's slightly OCD. But mostly the serving thing.
It was really only coincidence that Harper ended up working at the same place where Charlotte Noble found herself captive. Coincidence, and perhaps the hand of kindness touching the two instead of cruelty, as despite Charlotte's reticent nature and Harper's unwillingness to press her 'mistress' into speaking, the two were almost friends.
Harper wasn't uncaring, or even that oblivious. In her subconscious mind, she did know what Charlotte was being put through, but unfortunately for the poor girl, Harper couldn't bring herself to accept the truth, unconsciously allowing her emotion to take precedence over her rational thought, and deluding herself as to the horrific situation she was witness to.
Now that her master is dead, however, the path that lies ahead of Harper is unclear.
But no matter what she chooses to do, she will pursue it with all her heart, refusing to falter.
After all, that's what's expected of the perfect maid.

Power(s): Transmutation, rather strong, and Serving Empowerment. It's the Serving Empowerment that allows her transmutation abilities to be as strong as they are.

Personality: Harper is competent at her duties, both because of her loyalty and her powers. She may seem a little bit spacey, but is that an act? Who can tell for sure? One thing that is almost certain is that she is optimistic--perhaps too much so, as she seems to delude herself when she doesn't want to face a particularly horrible truth. However, when allowing her mind to work at its full capacity, she is a bright girl, and eager to please.
Likes: Charlotte, keeping things in their proper order, the fun that can be had with transmutation, punctuality, life in general
Dislikes: Clutter, cruelty(when she can see it), tardiness, vandals, disrespectful people, too much noise
