Alright, so before we begin, I just want to make it clear that, even with the limitations, this superpower might be considered quite overpowered. However, I couldn't find a reason that Drex might accept someone of his nature and health unless his power was extremely strong to make up for it. I'm willing to make alterations to it if you want, but is prefer to keep it if possible.

Short Bio: When he was younger, Leo was caught in a large accident, which killed his entire family left him with serious injuries all over his body. After the accident, he was brought a hospital, the treatment from which left him very weak physically, confining him to a wheelchair on the occasions he can leave his bed, and completely mute. This power, however, was enough for the overlord himself to take interest in him. Seeing him as a very powerful weapon he could use, he allowed the boy to live in the Sky Ring and be well taken care of while in his normal, weakened state. This was on the condition that Leo use his powers to work for him whenever he could. Ever since then, Leo has been completely devoted to Drex, unconsciously projecting the few memories he still has of his older brother, who died during the accident, onto the man who gave him a new life.

To use his powers, Leo has to eat lime. The material, not the fruit. The powers potency depends on the purity of the lime he eats.

When he eats lime, the material causes a reaction within his body that temporarily changes him into a type of humanoid eldritch abomination, with the ability to completely and perfectly comprehend and control every single aspect of his body.
This allows him to do things like manipulate his own blood flow, muscle mass, and any other physical attribute or body part. It also causes his eyes to glow a bright green and his blood to turn black.

This effect, while extremely powerful and almost limitless in application if used with purer forms of lime, can only safely be used for ten minutes. If used for longer, it causes a devastating rebound, which will kill him in a brutally painful way, and likely end up killing many others in the immediate area. It also cannot be used for at least ten hours once the ten minutes end, with that time going up to thirty hours if he doesn't want to be horribly injured by a lesser form of the rebound when his ten minutes end.
