Yeah, pretty much my whole family is a gift to both psychiatrists and librarians. XD

Not sure if you're saying your father is a librarian, or if your mother waits around at the library at closing time in suggestive outfits...

Or if she just uses the library a lot...

You call them a clerk.

...But that doesn't distinguish them from other jobs! There are lots of jobs where you call people clerks! Why doesn't every job have its own appellation? Why is the English language so arbitrary?

A bookstore clerk, then.

And it's because we have adjectives and non specific nouns for those adjectives to describe.

He remains a carefree person doing whatever he enjoys while occasionally lending his skills to either friends or hired clients.
Appearance:

Personality:Laid back, Carefree, Discreet, and Explosive Junkie (i don't know the official name)
Likes:Tea, Bacon and Eggs, Friends, and lounging around.
Dislikes: Raspberries and bothersome people

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (Optional)
Theme Song: Sincerely-Stephen (Optional)

RP Sample:https://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=389960 (If I know you, you can pass on this, if not... or I don't remember you, then no skipping.)
Did you read the Rulez? yes
What about Rule 3? Oh the missing one?
Current Status: Tundra is rocking with the Krieg...

I, personally, am going to say 'no' on this. However, if the OP says otherwise, then of course my decision is overruled.

I'm almost done, but I have to know, could powers technically be inherited by someone at the time of death through Arch tech or old alien tech?

Also what is the general tech level, I want to know if I can bring my laser pistol or not.

Tech level for those in the Underdome is like a decade or so more advanced than ours. The SR citizens have better tech left behind from the High Overlord. At least, that's what's been described to me. IDK about powers being transferred. I guess seeing as it was a result of energy being transferred to others, it's entirely possible. But I doubt that the OP will let any player have access to that kinda device.

First thing, the app is messy.

Second thing, unlimited supply is an OP power.

Third thing, in the bio you state that he moves around between cities illegally, which is nearly impossible because, one their are oceans between cities, no working vehicles, mountains and all sorts of natural barriers as well as wreaked cities. Not to mention the security that he'd have to get through when leaving a city and then entering one. The Arch Angel can't even get past undetected.

Fourth thing. The rp sample was in a different style (script style) of writing then what we are looking for.

Kinetic weaponry, if you want more information just look for where Dough asked a similar question.

And to the first question no to either, but it could be done if they have Power Transferal

The only device capable of that would be on the High Overlord's warship.

Alright, so could I have both characters in my own's backstory that had their own powers, but unknowingly also both had power transferal and gave it to mine, while making that thing disappear during the transferal, like a one time thing, would it work?

Also, given you've described how hard it is to simply change cities, I can't even imagine how hard it is to live outside, if it isn't impossible.
Then again, the Arch Angel does seem to be seen on the outskirts, so I don't really know.

2) Understood...is the Tech Manipulation still fine then?
3) Will edit saying he travels throughout Nedrens then. Sorry for confusion. Also what is the term "Rings" or "Levels" to how the three areas call each other. That is what i meant to say where he wanders off.
4) woops my bad. Maybe this will be the better sample

1) Delete everything in parenthesis and do not write in the bold
2) Try to narrow down what he can and can not do with it
3) RP is starting in Suphia, so Nedrens is a no. Everything is explained in the OP.
4)Better

Question to Faal, is the Red Crescent a restaurant or a bar? Also, how hard is it to get in? Or, to clarify, will Travis and Alice need to disguise themselves to get in?

And Charli, how long have Travis and Alice been working together? How does she feel about him? And how well known are they to the criminal underground?

I started a character picture collection for RPs, Fantasy and Sci-Fi. If you want to use a pic, go for it. If you want to add one, TG it to me.

Character App
Name: Oliver A. Hofmann
Age (> 14): 19
Sex: M
Sexual Orientation: Unknown
Short Bio: Oliver wears a mask, a figurative one, and an actual one. For two reasons, one, to hide his depression. And two, because he finds it cool.

Oliver is a pretty regular young man, slightly whiskey addicted, and ever so slightly depressed.
He was raised rather normally by his two parents, given a decent education, and started working early, simply for the sake of having something to do other than going to school.
As he continued on, he progressively started working more and more to pay himself a house, that he now owns.
Though contracting a depression affected him slightly and made him drink, he never let it go in front of his work.
His sole goal is to live in peace, although he wouldn't mind if something were to happen.

Didn't draw this though.

Power(s):

Position: The ability to force a change in position over something, or someone. His maximum range is fifty meters, but depending on the distance, it has a cooldown.
Of course, the subject of the transposition does not have to be himself, it can also be an object.
At his maximum range, he must channel his ability for fifteen seconds, although he will mostly limit himself at around twenty meters at most where his channeling time never go over five seconds at most.
During his channeling, his eyes will become brighter and what looks like glass can be seen hovering around his arms. Additionally, he must not be moving while channeling, otherwise, it will take more time. Falling does not equate to moving.
A transposition at less than a meter and a half will be nigh instant and will need little to no channeling, even when moving.
However, constant transposition tires him and if he uses it too much, he will need some time to recuperate.

Opening: The ability to force something to open, using this, he can open at will pretty much anything that can be unlocked, assuming it isn't a deadlock. Oddly enough, it can free him from most attempts at binding.
Additionally, he can use it offensively through touching to open a wound assuming a wound is already present.

Stuff that you may own that may or may not be illegal: Owns a cane and a hunting knife, just in case.

Occupation: Initially took some little jobs on the side to make up for his lack of job experience, but is now working as a bartender and is on the verge of obtaining the bar itself.
Class: Born as DS.
Personality: Oliver is rather nihilistic, crude, and quite pessimistic. However, he can be funny or perceptive should he eventually choose to. He tends to be rather open minded towards things but still keeps himself somewhat reserved until he knows exactly who or what something or someone is.
As for his general attitude, he's mostly apathetic until someone talks to him, and can be a bit of a perfectionist when something is not exactly right. Additionally, Oliver has near inhuman determination, showcased mostly showcased when he starts working on something that would otherwise be tiring or where anyone would back down. Despite that, he takes life as it goes, and won't dwell on something too much unless it deeply affected him or when he doesn't get the answers he wants clearly.
Typically though, he will be seen walking around until he gets a call for a job mission or something catches his eye. He is nigh constantly in a state of low depression for reasons unknown both to him and any of his few friends.
Likes: Meat, the smell of fresh bread in the morning, whiskey.
Dislikes: Most forms of official authority.

Alignment: Probably around True Neutral or something. I don't know how to classify anyone with that.
Theme Song: Yobanashi Deceive
NieR OST - Song of the Ancients Fate

RP Sample: Doot doot, I'm a spooky skeleton.
Did you read the Rulez? Blin of course I did, it's how we do it in the eastern bloc.
What about Rule 3? You know what you did.
