Nation/Group Name: United Protectorate of Vault Tec
Nation/Group Timeline:
- Vault Tec Annexes Vault 3, Vault 11, and Vault 21. Integration is going well with the aid of loyalty inspectors from Vault 14, and being allowed to take on the role of full Vault citizens.
- Vault 21 opens a section of the Vault as a casino-hotel for the 'authentic pre war experience' in a high class resort setting to make it one of the wealthier Vaults of the UPVT
- An Expedition lead by the PMV Valdez goes north to Anchorage for one of the largest salvage operations ever conducted. Thousands of small arms are acquired, a handful of busted stealth suits, pre war artifacts, Chimera derricks, and even some refined oil. The refineries are leveled by the guns of the Valdez after salvage
- A meeting between a Special Tribunal of the Overseer's Council and President Warwick ends in tensions between the Soviets and the UPVT
- The New Columbian government declares war upon the USSS. Protests and work stoppages force an ultimatum to be sent out demanding peace be offered to the USSS. This rejected offer causes war to break out between the UPVT and New Columbia.
- A S.H.A.D.E. forces its way into Shasta Dam, destroying their artillery guns, anti aircraft gun, and power generators. In retaliation, the Shasta Defense Fleet attacks Red Bluff with the intent to open the canals of New Columbia to attack.
Special Projects:
Armoured Train Project: A simple project to mount artillery, machine guns, and armour on a train chassis as of the New Columbian-Vault war there was only one prototype active
Project Gustav: A project voted in by the Overseer committee to provide super heavy artillery guns, still in the early planning stages by the start of New Columbian-Vault war, but with eventually plans to recreate the gun told of by their history books, both heavy and superheavy railway guns.
Bay Bridge Construction Project: Simply a recreation of the Bay Bridge, construction is majorly underway with support from taxes and forges across the Protectorate. It would host a train line, and three lanes of traffic. This would replace the SF ferry, but had to be put on hold for the New Columbian-Vault war as steel was made scarce by production.
Chimera Recreation Project: Vault 53 is engaging in a project to copy and build new examples of Chimera Armored vehicles with a variety of weapons including flamethrower variant, and infantry support variant.
Artillery Production: Though far in the past for the Vault Tec leaders of 2243, their ancestors mastered artillery production in both rocket, and gun form, allowing them to mass produce these artillery guns and rocket batteries.
Shasta Dam Re-Fortification Efforts: Started in 2174, the fortification of Shasta Dam are among the greatest outside the Soviet Union, with overlapping layers of trenches, barbed wire, pillboxes, artillery guns, and an anti aircraft cannon. These were damaged by Concord, as well as the dam's power generators, but rebuilding has begun even in the Vault-Columbian War

Ambitions:
Annexation of Vault City: The citizens of one of the northern control Vaults have set up an economic powerhouse called Vault city, and the UPVT seeks to... Correct their sovereignty, but not by force.
The Eternal Quest: As always, Vault Tec shall seek out more Vaults along the west coast to join their feudal state, using their traders that sail the coastline, and offering a standing bounty for information that leads to new Vault.
Echoes of the Ancien Régime: With upland representation in very short supply, and the war causing many to question the rights and privileges of the Overseers. It was this when a grand compact was made, a special committee made to advise the Overseers. A Confessor of Atom, AHS-7, Lama, Bishop, and Rabbi were each called upon to sit upon the Council of Clergy, calling upon their followers to fight in a Holy War in exchange for this adversary position.
A Power Beyond Mortals: It has been rumored within the UPVT that some uplanders with mutations have expressed... fantastical powers. These uplanders are exceedingly rare, but a bounty will be placed upon capturing them, and they shall be used in a special Psy Corp to aid the UPVT militarily.
Shadows of the Occult: While many within the Overseer Council show no interest in the powers beyond the veil, there are some within the Raider Nations of Neo Jose and Vault 36 that have taken to the study of ancient totems for blessings of a most uncommon kind on the battlefield. Those within those cities seek more knowledge, and power over these deep old ones they seek.
A Just End to an Unjust War: Though they seek no land from the New Columbians in the war they fight, they seek to destabilize the democratic nation enough to fracture it, though they will settle for halting the invasion of the USSS.
Taking Up the Vault Dweller's Burden: Many within Neo Jose, Vault 16, and Neo Fransisco speak of reuniting with their ancestral kin. The Overseer foresees a vast Asian Empire with their mighty metal ships plowing the waves from Osaka to Brunei and Melbourne. While such an Empire would take a great deal of time to truely establish, through the use of trading posts, energy weapons, and power armour, they foresee great success at extracting spices, elephants, and uranium from East Asia.
While Others Squabble for Earth...: With the help of the USA, Enclave, and Vault 53, repairing the U.S.S. Quetzil is a real possibility in the not too distant future.
Volkswagen: A dream of the UPVT from the youngest of nations, they are the true descendents of America, and see automobiles as their birthright. With 200 years of experience in repair Vault 53 calls now the time to build anew!

The Campaign against The Veracruz and Guerrero cartels ended with the annexation of the two states, Guerrero is assigned a governor while Veracruz is placed under martial law

Operation Mexican Freedom is launched aiming to clear out Chem influence in the central Mexican region it included the annexation of several Central Mexican states of Guanajuato and Michocan in attempts to break the cartels back

Mexico Backs the pro republican in the Kingdom of Tamaulpas which results in the Newly monarch free nation to join the Federation as its Northern most neighbor, Taking advantage of the situation Federal military command move troops into the newly added state to prepare for the Liberation of the Northern Mexican states for Operation Eagle, a series of outposts is constructed on the Texan-Mexican border, outreach is unlikely

Junta splits into two factions, one wants to continue north while the other wants to expand into neo mayan lands. Pro neo mayan faction seeks for supports by gathering signatures from various officers and politicans to gather support to destroy the Neo Mayan threat.
Special Projects: The Mexican federal army contains heavily modified mr.Handy's which where used to recover from the great Quake during the time before the war and the collapse of the Mexican state. Most of these mr.handys are given pistols and are mainly used as robot shields to protect advancing troops from enemy gunfire and explosives. But in some labs in mexico they are working on upgrading these excess mr.handys to become weapons of war, think of them as Mexican Mr. gusty's of sorts. So far these experiments have achived nothing but failure for the Mexican state, but their has been about 20 successes in modifying mr.Handy's into war machines which are only mainly focused in police actions in Veracruz. But it is hoped in the future they can be used for more larger military campaigns.
Ambitions: Securing northern Mexico: Northern Mexico has always been a hot topic for the Federation, securing it would bring a border to Us and make trade much easier with the Americans of the North, but Sonra is held by two sun, the main policy however is to secure the Non American sections of Northern Mexico and hope that Sonra can be gained via diplomacy,this may change if the Junta is suddenly changed in leadership.
Subjugate the Mayans: The Mayans have been a thorn in the side of the Federation since its inception due to their raids. If the federation is to extend southward the Yucatan and the Neo Mayans must be subjugated.
Colonize the south: Southern Mexico,home to the neo Mayan people and some of the most feritle soil in North America. If it is to be secured and effectively colonized it would bring Mexico to the Forfront of the food market.

Build the economy: Mining expansion, Plantaions, Rebuilding roads, these are the main goals of the junta in order to rebuild the glory of mexico. So far it is small scale but it is hoped that encouraging renew in the staed industries, along with opening small scale manufacturing well rebuild the mexican economy
resistance: Not everyone is pleased with mexican rule, Slave revolts from enslaved ghouls are a yearly occurrence and the cartels and still fighting,

A pair of broken down M4A3E8 Sherman tanks where found at Blanding, each had a working 76.2 mm main gun, with ample ammo stocks from the camp it self, but the engines have long since stopped working. Extended repair is needed.

The Republic also posses small stocks of shoulder mounted missile launchers, a stock of 6 miniguns, and a pair of working M41 "Fat Man" Tactical nuclear launchers, though only with a single round for each launcher.

The special weapon of the Republic is the M3 squad support weapon; A modified version of the standard M2 .50 HMG with a top carry handle mounted on top of the receiver and a pistol grip taken from a broken Minigun, turning the gun in to a longer ranged, heavier hitting alternative to the minigun.

Militia forces and infantry under go training at Camp Blanding, Power armor troops are trained at NS Mayport. Militia training is comparable to National Gaurd/Police training, with Regular training being on par with Pre-war US army training.

Major Towns or Locations: Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Orlando, Mayport, Gainsville and Daytona. Military bases include: Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Naval Station Mayport, Camp Blanding, Castio De San Marcos, Cecile Field.

The republic was born out of two distinct group of people: A large group of Vault dwellers from up north, their home Vaults being lost to time, and the dependents of the survivors of the major US military bases in the area. When the dwellers arrived, the different bases were at war with each other yet could barely hold there own. After some political maneuvering, the dwellers were able to negotiate a treaty, which included a sizable land-claim in St. Augustine. In time, the two groups worker more and more closely together as they expanded. Eventually, roughly 50 years prior to the modern day, the Republic of Castio was created as a singular, unified government.

In the years since then, and even before the declaration, the two group shad been working together closely in order to restore some order to Florida, setting up a stable power grid in St. Augustine, then later Jacksonville, and restoring important land marks and buildings. Now the Republic stretched as far north at the old boarder, and as far south as Orlando, its relatively peacefull, with the rare bandit raid getting put down by the active and armed militia as to not bother the Regulars, who are busy with scouting out the area out side the Republic's boarders.

Waiting on a war in the IC to finish, so probably should have something up by Friday. And the accepting or denying the porting apps won't happen. You'll just see what was denied and accepted in the new OOC.

That is why ooc solving those wars was proposed by waz. Continuing ic will just drag out the process

- Expansion efforts in Oklahoma and New Mexico ended with minimal territorial gain in both states with recognition of Concord of Stars and Two Sun's Compact territorial sovereignty with heavy casualties for Texan troopers in New Mexico.
- Closer economic ties established between Texas and the New Start Republic.
- Alliance between the New Columbian Republic and the Concord of Stars established with trainings from Concord leading to dedicated power armor units for Texas.
- Spider attacks in Alabama lead to Texas, New Start, and Concord sending their respective military units outside of Mississippi to deal with the spider threat.
- Six Flags Theme Park was renovated as a new place of commerce in Texas.
- Texas sent humanitarian aid for refugees during the Californian War
- The New Start Republic was willingly annexed into Texas. The Unified Republic of Texas was re-organized into the Commonwealth of Texas with the formation of 7 states (Lincoln, Texlahoma, Capital, Jefferson, Alamo, Louisiana, and Jackson).

- Bug Exterminator: The spiders are now just another one of the Wasteland's menace but the threat of the Spider Queen still stands. The Texas Commonwealth is looking to rid the wasteland of the giant spider once and for all.

I'm probably forgetting some stuff so just a heads up, this might be seeing some edits.
Nation/Group Name: Union of Soviet Socialist Settlements
Nation/Group Timeline:
  • Liberated Baja for the People
  • Introduced new assault rifle
  • Signed non-agression pact with New Columbia
  • Get declared on by New Columbia anyways
  • Vasiliev resigns, Sergei Reznov appointed General Secretary-Admiral
  • Desperately defending in the New Columbian War of Aggression
  • Acquired 3 Vetribirds
Yeah, I didn't really do much before the fire nation New Columbia attacked.
Special Projects:
  • Project Cossack- The program to train and utilize super mutant shock troops in the Red Army. Successful in that the super mutants serve the USSS. Received baptism by fire during the Concord's assault on Fort Lenin. Fate of initial 30 super mutants TBD.
  • Airships- A long term project to create airships for any number of roles, largely military and trade purposes. Not much progress made, but the sudden surplus of old Vetribird engines no doubt will boost work on the prototype.
Ambitions: Win the war with New Columbia (taking New Columbian land optional, but preferred). Explore West Tek Research Facility to acquire power armor blueprints. Revive NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory as center of USSS research and development. Don't die horribly in the meantime. Fully entrench communism in the hearts and minds of all new territories of the USSS. Research da fuck out of anti-aircraft weapons.
