Equipment: Usually wearing a blue Institute Division Head Coat and carrying an Institute pistol.
Character Backstory: Michael Hampton was born in the Institute, and raised to serve it. As a young boy, he received and extensive education as all other Institute children did - learning the history of the USA and the world, extensive math and the sciences, and how to be articulate. He had, from an early age, distinguished himself as a great intellectual, and was placed in advanced classes - eventually choosing to enter the Advanced Systems department, with a keen interest in military technology and weaponry. By age 17, he was made an official member of the Advanced Systems Division - being instrumental in the creation of advanced energy weapons and power armor upgrades. He served the Institute loyally, and was well-liked among it's ranks.

Though, Father's death, and Bruce's ascent to power filled the young Hampton with discontent. He didn't respect the new Director, and didn't agree with his policies of blind interaction with the world above. He kept these reservations to himself, however, and let the then acting-Head of Advanced Systems to be... removed for her insubordination - a common practice early in Bruce's leadership. Michael Hampton would be appointed the Head of Advanced Systems, and would prove himself more effective at the role than many before him. Great strides in Institute technology were made under his leadership, including the heavy encryption of the Classical Radio Signal so that the Boston Empire's Intelligence couldn't hijack it, and the subsequent broadening of it's range to encompass a much larger area (roughly a 150 mile radius of Boston). His department also helped increase the combat effectiveness of Synths, in coordination with the Robotics Division, and created a more professional and deadly army for the Institute.

Now, however, his long period of silence has been broken, and he is vocal in his opposition of Director Bruce. He has gathered the support of three of the five Department Heads, as well, and many believe the time is soon coming that they act in retaliation.

Character Backstory: T6-77 is a Synth, and one of the most advanced 3rd Generation Synths to date. He was built to be stronger, faster, smarter, and more skilled than any Synth before him, and is currently one of the most accomplished Coursers in the SRB. Having conducted dozens of missions on the surface, he is fully dedicated to serving the Institute, and will die in it's defense.

Whoever is in charge of the map, could you perhaps start adding settlements and locations for factions to the map? From what I've seen at least Bermuda and I added maps that included settlements and major locations in our apps, and it would be nice for at least some of that to be transferred over. Particularly faction capitals.

I'll probably be doing that in Chapter II. At that point the map will get a clean start, so I can make it more organized. Doing all of it at this stage would be a lot.

Well, If I win the war I am definitely going to make Marion a major military base. So I got that going.

When Jim was 18, a band of raiders hit Scranton. They be one through the defenses, and killed the ranger. Jim was devistated, he picked up the Rangers revolver, and vowed to hunt every last raider down.

Jim spent 2 years hunting those raiders, and once they were all dead, he wandered. His time with the ranger and time out hunting the raiders had honed his skills for moving through the wilds. He never returned to Scranton, too many memories. He just wanders.

Whenever the Republic annexes a new territory, Bridger can be found there, mapping the land, and helping new settlements.

Provide him more backstory. When and where was he born, how was his childhood, how was his life before he became what he is now. Just a paragraph or two will work, no need to write the entirety his history.

I think the map would have way too much clutter, you should just have to refer to apps for their capitols
Opinions on politics: In light of the failure of two parties, there either should be none, or multiple major ones

Opinion on Government: Should be run by Mirthocracy (ask me about it sometime)

Why do I always play weak nations? I hate having every advantage, makes it boring to me

Not quite true. Washington to the south of me has nearly double my land, and also probably has more troops and better equipment.

New England has roughly equal my troops.

Boston has WAAAY better tech than me.

The USA has far, far, far, far, far, FAR better tech than me

The Technocracy has better tech than me

Ronto (Although i don't they they're active and will probably be deleted) has roughly equal my strength

Question, can i modify the Vertibird to have a single rotor on top, like a normal Helicopter?

If not, can i have regular Helicopters?

Regular helicopters would take a lot of fuel, fuel which I'm not sure anyone has

More than a Vertibird? Which use Fuel, not Fusion Cores.
