Dammit. I saw a wonderful business opportunity, and it of course had to be trounced.

Why is everyone so against the New Start Republics massive drug trade? All we want is to keep everyone begging for more so that we can have an unending supply of caps coming our way. Theres no desire to control you're economics at all.

Boston wouldn't technically be against it, just impose tariffs in the same way people are going to start imposing taxes on my soda.

Also Wasteland, watch out for refrigerating Nuka Caravans.

Generally speaking, larger caliber ammunitions cost more to manufacture and with the US military using 5.56 NATO rounds since the mid-to-late 20th century, 5.56 rounds would be much more abundant.

Still, I think that New York values the large round

Why do you only have 32 suits of power armor? You have ever the Enclave that had a minimum of 200 personnel. That just makes no sense.

Opinions on politics: In light of the failure of two parties, there either should be none, or multiple major ones

Opinion on Government: Should be run by Mirthocracy (ask me about it sometime)

Why do I always play weak nations? I hate having every advantage, makes it boring to me

The Enclave of Navarro is a tiny part of my non federal nation, it makes sense lore wise that my army only contains them just not... Great numerically.

Oh, actually I have a few ideas for helping balance out California that doesn't kneecap the New Columbians, been chatting with Bermuda about them on Discord. For him, and elite corp of Super Mutants who believe in commie ways. And for me, armoured trains to go on my extensive railway.

An elite crop of commie Super Mutants? Sounds like fun. The armoured trains seem good enough for me, provided Vault-Tec knows how to repair them.

Also, that is a point about the troop numbers in my app, it refers to the federal tithe of soldiers. If any of my cities are under actual attack, especially Navarro, and Neo Jose/Vault 36 they could probably mobilize more reserves.

I would have the Bronco Republic tax travelers and caravaners on their portion of the Jet Road that runs through Colorado. 5 caps a head, so a standard traveling merchant would have to pay 20 caps to have unhindered access to Bronco trading routes. (10 caps for the brahmin, 5 for the merchant, and 5 for their bodyguard.) Of course these would be run by a military checkpoint on the border.

I'll include some scouts finding Utopia in my next post :)

What would the scouts find when they reach your borders?

They would find obscure symbols, if they are intelligent enough they will lead them to Teton Village. It is an abandoned pre-war city, and they will find a representative. He/she will get into a conversation with you, and if he/she deams you worthy, he will take you to base Utopia. If you attempt to go in unauthorized, you will first be engaged by our 25 mountain men, experienced survivalists and snipers. If you somehow get near base Utopia, you will be bombarded by ten howitzers.

Name of Character: Michael Hampton
Age of Character: 44
Appearance: This.
Gender: Male
Faction Alignment: The Institute.
Character S.P.E.C.I.A.L:
S - 5
P - 6
E - 4
C - 6
A - 5
I - 9
L - 5
Equipment: Usually wearing a blue Institute Division Head Coat and carrying an Institute pistol.
Character Backstory: Michael Hampton was born in the Institute, and raised to serve it. As a young boy, he received and extensive education as all other Institute children did - learning the history of the USA and the world, extensive math and the sciences, and how to be articulate. He had, from an early age, distinguished himself as a great intellectual, and was placed in advanced classes - eventually choosing to enter the Advanced Systems department, with a keen interest in military technology and weaponry. By age 17, he was made an official member of the Advanced Systems Division - being instrumental in the creation of advanced energy weapons and power armor upgrades. He served the Institute loyally, and was well-liked among it's ranks.

Though, Father's death, and Bruce's ascent to power filled the young Hampton with discontent. He didn't respect the new Director, and didn't agree with his policies of blind interaction with the world above. He kept these reservations to himself, however, and let the then acting-Head of Advanced Systems to be... removed for her insubordination - a common practice early in Bruce's leadership. Michael Hampton would be appointed the Head of Advanced Systems, and would prove himself more effective at the role than many before him. Great strides in Institute technology were made under his leadership, including the heavy encryption of the Classical Radio Signal so that the Boston Empire's Intelligence couldn't hijack it, and the subsequent broadening of it's range to encompass a much larger area (roughly a 150 mile radius of Boston). His department also helped increase the combat effectiveness of Synths, in coordination with the Robotics Division, and created a more professional and deadly army for the Institute.

Now, however, his long period of silence has been broken, and he is vocal in his opposition of Director Bruce. He has gathered the support of three of the five Department Heads, as well, and many believe the time is soon coming that they act in retaliation.

Ok. So, like arrows, old street signs, and an "x" that would mark the representative's spot?
