I'll put up a poll on it. For now, it's a no. In the sense that they all died during the war, and the aftermath. However, I could random even them in through some crazy science stuff if people truly wish to have horses back into our world. I'll put a poll on it after this one.

Who said Cows and deer survived? I explicitly told everyone who asked me that no, they did not. If anyone has been rping with horses, that is deemed to now be rendered null and void. There is just no way it could've survived.

And since Waz is the OP, there should be no horses. The Fallout universe made it clear that horses went extinct in North America and the All Roads comic featuring NCR soldiers with horses was a clerical mistake (an information some of us were ignoring the whole damn time). Maybe the Institute decided to do some synth horses instead of gorillas but horses should not survive the Great War.

If you guys want to do stuff that doesn't involve walking, vertibirds, or boats, use some bicycles. That's what Texas been doing in place of horses.

I'd say yes, or if not horses then something like them. Fuel is extremely scarce, so cars and trucks are either rarely used or not at all.

So here are your two choices of travel:

or Vertibird.

Thats far to extreme, there needs to be something in the middle, and Horses would be a good thing for that.

I agree. But saying they survived the atomic war, was just a no. I don't mind bringing them into our RP though with other means.

And since Waz is the OP, there should be no horses. The Fallout universe made it clear that horses went extinct in North America and the All Roads comic featuring NCR soldiers with horses was a clerical mistake (an information some of us were ignoring the whole damn time).

If you guys want to do stuff that doesn't involve walking, vertibirds, or boats, use some bicycles. That's what Texas been doing in place of horses.

Or we introduce an entirely new animal that has mutated from the wastes or been engineered to serve the purpose of a Horse.

Also, law men riding in on Bicycles isn't as interesting as Lawmen on Galloping Horses.

You did not back it, i just said it was ruled by a Texan due to its closeness to the Mexican Border, i needed to fill out some fluff for it, but this whole Monarchy thing in the region is not going away as a foot note so quickly.

For factions and towns. Waz pretty much kept most of the mechanics of Fallout intact including the FEV, the retro setting and technology, and the weapons.

CANON did. Cows survived but grew two heads. Canon says that these cows "called brahmin" are also delicious, mostly non-irradiated, and fully edible.
