As for Malaya, I'd just go ahead and make the app, the rest of the OP board seems to want to put precedence for homelands over colonies for players. Thus, I would imagine your Malaya would take precedence over Conchabira's Burgundy colonies.

Think there's some more room in central Asia too. And did anyone ever go after Norway? Also Africa might not be that wrapped up if I remember correctly. And the midwest will be open if the northeast and southeast prospects stick to their current trajectories. Last and definitely least, Siberia.
