USA is still pretty viable, there wouldn't be much room for expansion without warring with another player, but it could still be a thing.

As for France, I know someone claimed Burgundy, but with so many claims being thrown around that might change.

There was still British (or Cambrian) colonization of North America, I assume? If Waz not interested, is there a possibility of me going for the Southeastern United States?

You'd probably have to take that up with Cy, but if Waz is dropping the US then I don't see why not.
