Age: 29
Sex: Male
Nationality: US
Affiliation: Coalition
Rank: Captain
Appearance: Capt Vassili D. Pachenko, USAF
Role: Fighter pilot, USAF
Equipment: North American F-100D Super Sabre, M1911A1
Personal Belongings: Uniforms, picture of fiancée
Personality: Calm, slightly stubborn and hot-headed, arrogant in some situations
Bio: Born to an aristocratic Russian family that fled the Russian Revolution to America in 1928, Vassili knew that flying was his ultimate destiny when he went to the 1933 National Air Races in Chicago with his father and uncle, former pilots in the Imperial Russian Air Service. When World War II broke out, his older brother Dmitri joined the then-Army Air Corps flying bombers before he was killed in the second bombing raid on Schweinfurt in 1943; Vassili wanted to join the Army Air Forces but his mother forbade him. Eventually, Vassili got his chance when he left Columbia University in 1949 at the age of 21, joining the Air Force. He trained as a pilot and was sent to Korea in 1952 flying the F-86 Sabre. He scored one kill against a Chinese MiG-15 in September before returning home. In 1955, his squadron transitioned into the supersonic F-100C and upgraded to the -100D one year later. Then-1st Lieutenant Pachenko was flying a patrol mission over New York with three other Super Sabres when the Scorchers appeared. They moved in to intercept but were all vaporized with the exception of Pachenko, who outmaneuvered a Scorcher fighter and shot it down. He was subsequently promoted to Captain for his flying in New York.
Strengths: "Spanish Honor", sharp eyesight, piloting skills
Weaknesses: "Spanish Honor", arrogance, short-tempered
*Quirks: As a former squadronmate of Francis "Gabby" Gabreski, Pachenko likes chewing gum, and when he enters air combat, he picks some out of his mouth and sticks it in the center of his windshield to line up his shot.
*Likes: Pie (who doesn't), traditional Russian food, beer (surprisingly), flying, airplane modeling, bubble gum
*Dislikes: Being grounded, guns jamming at the worst of times, AIM-9 Sidewinders not working, having to carry nuclear bombs on his fighter
*Worst Fears: Getting caught in a nuclear blast, being shot down, being harvested, being enslaved
*Miscellaneous: Callsign Starburst

And the irony of asking for good grammar yet the grammar in the OP is kinda cringey.

Name: Lio Kalinin
Age: 29
Sex: Male
Nationality: USSR
Affiliation: East Asian Alliance
Rank: Lieutenant/Flying Ace
Appearance: Small and slightly built, light-skinned, average length brown hair, pale blue eyes. Wears a flying helmet and goggles from WW1 while on duty.
Role: Fighter Pilot
Equipment: One Ryan FR Fireball (captured from a shipwrecked US Navy carrier), one SKS semiautomatic rifle, one Makarov PM pistol, and one sword.
Personal Belongings: A brown driving cap, a trench coat, a record player, several books and recordssmuggled inbought legitimately from the west, a journal and some pens and pencils
Personality: He's usually friendly and upbeat, but can be serious at times. Sometimes he gets too caught up in being a "flying ace" to pay attention to what's really going on around him (Picture Snoopy, but with a real airplane instead of a doghouse. Don't worry, he's not always like that.). He has an active imagination.
Bio (one paragraph at least): Born to a poor family in Vladivostok in 1929, Lio received a good education due to his parents having been to a university in better times. When he was 8 he witnessed an air show put on by the Soviet Air Force, and decided that he wanted to be a pilot. He tried out for the Air Force at 18, and was accepted. They quickly recognized his superior talent, and he gained the title of Flying Ace while fighting in Korea with the 64th Fighter Aviation Corps. The Korean War and the Cold War have given him a disdain for war in general, and he hopes that if humanity can fight off the Scorchers they will begin to understand each other more and stop trying to solve their problems by building bigger nukes.
Strengths: Shooting, piloting, driving, improvisation, stealth, speed, agility, swordfighting
Weaknesses: Not very strong when it comes to hand to hand fighting, gets distracted easily due to a tendency to daydream
*Quirks: If you make him mad, he'll start speaking fast Russian instead of English, and nobody will be able to understand him.
*Likes: Aircraft, reading, writing, drawing, music, serving his country, cold weather, Charlie Brown comics, root beer, Khrushchev's reign
*Dislikes (don’t say “Scorchers.” Trust me, no one likes them): The Cold War, hot weather, people who call his country "The Red Menace" etc., Stalin's reign, Scorchers (tee hee)
*Worst Fears: The Scorchers destroying humanity/the world, nuclear annihilation (the Cold War hasn't been good for him)
*Miscellaneous (anything else you’d like to add): Information about the plane he flies: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_FR_Fireball

Appearance:(Image)
Role: Scout, explosive expert
Equipment: M1911 pistol, Sten, 4 anti-tank sticky bombs, 2 grenades, binoculars.
Personal Belongings: A pen, a diary, water canteen.
Personality: Friendly and calm. At times, serious and focused.
Bio (one paragraph at least):
Born in Marseille, Alissa is the youngest from her family of three siblings and parents. Her life was quite good, she was in school and got great grades. When WW2 hit French, she was separated from the rest of her family, and eventually she was forced to settled in with the French resistance. She learned military skills and abilities and served the roles as scout and explosive expert on the field, handled the Germans well enough despite the numerical and technologically somewhat inferior at start. After the end of the WW2, unable to found out about her family's current location, she went to USA and worked as factory worker. Not a great position from resistance soldier, but anything for food and money and life.
When the aliens hit Earth, eventually she found herself in another resistance with the Coalition...
Strengths:
-Fast-moving
-Perceptive
-Explosive specialist
-Basic military training
-Fluent in French and English (not gonna be useful much)
Weaknesses:
-More or less a trained guerilla, not a military-trained soldier.
-Risk-taker
*Quirks: Spouted random words whenever she is in a state of panic.
*Likes: Hot tea, warm food, planting explosives.
*Dislikes (don’t say “Scorchers.” Trust me, no one likes them): Being a civilian, aggressive men.
*Worst Fears: Fear of closed spaces.
*Miscellaneous (anything else you’d like to add):

I just realized. I think my small army of religious fanatics are the only things preventing the Scorchers linking up. Shouldn't have gotten Drake surrounded then, whoops!
Also, will you change the maps as Scorchers have victories or defeats? I think that'd be cool, but I understand if you don't want to, maybe change the borders whenever something major happens, but u don't have to

I will. Dont worry about it.
So far yes you were the only think preventing the Scorchers from breaching the Oregon line. The coalition is spread out as it is and the Scorchers trying to breach the line will be a major setback on the Operation to free Wyoming.
Also I made an archive thread with the Scorcher army info. I posted it in the first page, anyone can contribute with weapons and vehicles, it be very appreciated.
