Secondly, you will need to change you history as it does not fit in with our timeline. For us, following a brutal genocide against the Slovenian people, the Second Roman Republic which consisted of Italy and Austria was invaded on three fronts by the United Republic of Europe, the Northern Slavic Empire, and the North African Federation. The Venetian independence was held previous to the formation of the Second Roman Republic, and it was invaded by Rome. After the war, Venice was given independence along with a lot of other Italian Regions. That is the history you have to follow.

and thirdly, as a democracy, you cannot have morethen 1% of your population in the military, and no country can sustain 10% as you have stated.
