History - In the months after the fall of the original Nordic Treaty, former treaty members Sweden and Norway formed a new defensive pact- the Gothenberg pact, named after Gothenburg, Sweden. The pact slowly made amends to the rift that had divided Sweden and Norway since the breaking-up of the Nordic Treaty. Slowly, it worked towards unionizing the two nations until it was decided by referendum for Norway and Sweden to reform under a Confederation, the Gothenberg Confederation. Unfortunately, the union came too late to save the Finns from the Russian advance, and Denmark may continue to hold a vendetta against the Confederation, but it hopes to bring Scandinavia back to it's height.

They're in a Chinese lead alliance known as the Golden Dragon Confederacy (GDC) which is directly opposed by the Confederacy of the Raj (me)

Conflict is a real possibility as the Raj has been expanding its borders and influence rapidly

They are GDC members, likely have some instability after fighting the Japanese a few decades ago, and (I don't know if they were destroyed in Lima or not) has a single fleet from the Japanese navy, which is currently the most advanced in the world.
