As I said before, I am waiting for Entitaria's opinion on this, as it is Entitaria who controls Slovenia.
Anyways, I am waiting for an actual point beside "You can't because Serbia has not been declared war upon"...

The point is that Entitaria and I discussed shot liike this six months ago, and agreed that allies of allies of defendants cannot enter in. No need to wait for Entitaria, I'm telling you this now.

And I agree with this. Unless we want a world-war scenario for the most insignificant of wars, it's better if we go with the EU4 system. However, could the Slavs send volunteers?

No. The person that has the war declared upon it is the war leader, so Veneto is the war leader. You can attempt to ally with Veneto if you want to join in.

Volunteers have been used in many conflicts across the world, especially if it involves a radical ideology such as fascism or communism. One great example is the Spanish Civil War, or the Second Sino-Japanese War.
