no we have the OOC. OOC means Out of Context. I can say things completely unrelated here.
make sure not to piss off Prahomija BTW... That's if she survives civil war.

Otakař arrived in Belgrade alone, as a private citizen. Apparently, it would have seemed he was there just for a trip of pleasure, and there was nothing serious behind the scenes. However, there was something very serious behind the Prague Prince’s trip to Beograd. It was a meeting.
His meeting would have been with Prahomija, and should have been a secret: at least as for now, it was.
However, one may have discovered he was not just an average person by his oufit, as he was 197 centimeters tall, with platinum blonde hair, and blue-eyed. Not to mention his muscular mass: military education at school, and, most important, twelve years of service in the Grom Guards Assault Division, the very best of the Army, had definitely left their mark on Otakař’s body.
He was dressed in a white bue-striped suit, with a dark red tie over a white shirt.
The meeting would have been in a restaurant in a nice part of Belgrade, the wonderful capitol city of Srbija, an ally of the Empire and a Slavic country. Otakař was playing home: he would have made the rules of the day.
Many would have believed Michal’s son to be a stupid guy, who only knew about brute force and who only cared about his muscles, somebody who was brainless.
But this would have been a blatantly false and idiotic belief. Otakař, indeed, did graduate. As the Army grants its officers the possibility to study in the most important Universities of the Country, in fact, the son of the Emperor managed to study at the “Foreign Languages and Cultures” faculty of the Carolean University in Prague, one of the best universities in the whole world. At the University, he studied Chinese and Indian, and later on studied Arabic, which he knows just a bit of, by himself. Not to mention he learnt all the Slavic Languages still before the High School: Czech, Polish, Slovak, Russian, Ukrainian, Serbo-Croatian, Slovenian, and Belorussian. At school, before the Army and the University, he studied Czech, Polish, InterSlavic, English and French. He had a C1 level in all of the languages he studied, beside Arabic, where he had managed just to arrive to a B1 level.
But now, the stereotypes surrounding his person were the last among his concerns: his only concern was to make a good impression, while avoiding being recognized by anybody outside the Empress.
He walked towards the chosen restaurant, taking off the black sunglasses and the white hat he had used to cover his face until that moment. He then entered the restaurant, and asked to be guided to the table he had put a reservation for.
As he got there, he sat down, but soon got bored of waiting. He knew to be some ten minutes early, and so, after having told to the waiter he was going out, he decided to move on and walked outside the restaurant. There he would have spent a bit of time, waiting for the Empress. He knew what to do: if she had not arrived in five minutes from the chosen hour, he should have walked away. He was at home: he made the rules.

Yeah, but it is pointless to write like 250 messages a day...

I thought OOC was Out Of Character?
Also, I don't need to piss off Prahomija, apparently she wants to invade me despite my nation never having had an interaction with Fenezuela or, indeed, Andalusia

Look, all I did was answering to ROME asking "How many chances do I have against him?", nothing else. I am not threatening, I am saying IF he does go to war with Slovenia (and THUS with Serbia), I can enter the war. Is that threatening anybody? What I said is that. Nothing more. I did not start the discussion, Rome did.
Please, Zack/Atrilan, read well.

You're obviously not listening to me. Are you allied with Slovenia? No, so if he declares on them you cannot enter.

You have not read Entitaria's last post then... there is said clearly that Veneto is in an alliance with THE WHOLE OF THE BALKANS. You know what it means? It means that if I am allied with even only ONE of these countries, then Italy's war against Veneto includes me as well.

*Sigh*
Are you brain dead? I JUST SAID that it is an indirect war and you can't enter. You can't enter a war as an ally of an ally of a combatant. I'm not going to discuss this with someone who won't listen, but consider this your warning: you cannot enter into the war.
