No, it also shows you lost lands in the south. Sometimes m+our maps are not accurate very much.

Anyways, Kosovo is independent and (maybe?) part of Albania

It's part of Albania I believe. I think Entitaria just hasn't played Victoria 2 much to know what every country looks like
