History - After a series of repeated and fallen unions between the Aussies and Kiwi from the 2030s up to after WW3, it seems like they would never really get along. Not only that, their governments have now completely been altered from what was originally there. They have each seemed to have become Stratocracies, probably from the old unions and such falling and collapsing multiple times that the people have lost faith in their original governments and look to a radical change instead. Now, the two countries are united and controlled by the top military leaders that are only in said position due to past military experience or recommendation, or simply because there really wasn't anyone to fill in the spots, with President Harry Dullenfield being the top dog of them all. Having served originally in the Chinese Front during the war alongside IDF and US forces, he now strives to attempting to work good relations with the IDF and its members while still remaining neutral for a bit to see what other factions may have to offer. But the true question is, will THIS Oceanian Union finally surpass the others and succeed? Or will it end up like a failure and horrible experiment like all the other unions before then? The answer remains to be certain...

Basically, it's a government headed by the military, and citizens that are enlisted can vote. Kind of like a democracy, only military like. I remember doing this months ago.
