Being developed does not mean you are not going to grow. WTO-countries were very developed, and still they enjoyed constant population growth. Also, no. The more you grant to people making children, the more you are making them willing to do so.
Also, yes. Indeed. Sorry man, a fellow country has been attacked by an ally.
But surely, Andalus'ita is far more important than Italians invading Slovenia? Besides, wouldn't it be nice for us to be allies once more? You are somewhat right about granting things to people whom have children, but this also hinders your ability to fund other state projects, and various parents may attempt to exploit this system - putting strain on your bureaucracy. This is why I've made very little healthcare or social reforms. I don't need them and going liberal/socialist is not what I want. Reactionary and fascist all the way!
No, Slovenia is a more important country to us: it is closer, and it is Slavic. Without it, the Slavic Empire cannot become a thing.
Well, not actually. On the long term it will give me a huge manpower, which will make my economy grow VERY fast, and develop even faster for what concerns techs. Not to mention this would mean MORE taxes beign paid, so MORE money, and so on.
