King Vexius strode into his private chambers, forcefully, as if to dare the universe to smite him here, in the epicenter of his domain, as it had on so many other occasions today. Today, his nephew, traitorous scum, had openly rebelled from his rule. Within the hour, insult upon injury came in full force, as even his most ardent advisors and supporters fled to the new upstart. If there was a room in the entire Empire in which he should be safe from further ruin, it would be the very one upon which he now stood. This bedchamber had been in his possession even before he had been King - a reminder of the nature of things to change, one which he truthfully could do without at the moment - and it had seen all trials and tribulations the mind could conjure. It had been his place of solitude, of rest and restitution for longer than his formidable mind could remember, and the comsmos knew he needed that dearly at the moment. However, when you challenge the universe, dare it to do more, to strike harder, strike faster, the stars respond.

Rodrick Warbury is the nephew to King Elkor of Caldon, and only child to the Kings twin brother. When Rodrick was 2 his parents died in a boating incident on the river enz. King Elkor took the boy in and raised him as one of his own. While the kings own sons were more focused on being tough fighters and great knights, Rodrick decided to get very close to his uncle. And grew interested in spying just like Elkor. He became involved in the spywork of the realm and worked in Qyr'as overhearing secrets to give to his uncle. When he grew to the age of 14 he lost interest in espionage and joined the kings firstborn son Rickard in training to be a commander in the Golden Legions. Rodrick moved from Qyr'as back to Warbury where he would train and join the legion from the ground up. When he arrived in Warbury he met a supple young lass who was the daughter of a local magistrate. Her name was Ciaren, he trained under the magistrate and became very familiar with Ciaren. He fell in love with girl, and he eventually sought her hand in marriage. The magistrate refused to marry his daughter to rodrick, who held no titles and was the heir to no titles. And he was eventually inducted into the legions and deployed, leaving ciaren behind. Rodrick went into combat against the river clans of central caldon and miraculously didn't die. He proved himself very well and rose to the position of centurion very quickly. He led a victory against the river clans and carved a good piece of land out that he was then granted by his uncle to be his very own county. Rodrick then went on leave back to Warbury to marry Ciaren. But when he arrived she had already been married to a lowly knight. Rodrick, destroyed, left the city and rejoined the legion. Devoting several years worth of his life to combat and exercise. He took leave again and returned to his county where he ruled for a while, mostly participating in jousts and tournaments. Winning most of them and getting a substancial amount of money and fame. He began bedding many women and many lords were angered that their daughters maidenhood had been stolen. Rodrick began to be hated by many for this reason. As such his uncle decided to take a target off his back and return him to Qyr'as. He became a member of The Gilded Order, and was knighted, rising to the position of commander. Being put in the role of his uncles chief protector. He regained his interest in espionage, and with the help of his uncle and other spies has been increasing his abilities of intrigue and spywork. His love still though is the rush of tournaments and he has garnered quite a bit of renown in Qyr'as due to his tourney skills, rugged handsommness, and charm. Needless to say he is not without flaws. The poor knight is deep seedingly depressed over the loss of his love Ciaren, and the half love hes felt from his uncle. Rodrick is also quick to anger, and not well liked by men. With a fair amount of training however, rodrick could be groomed to replace his uncle once he's passed.

It's alright. Brandon dismissed the court and went to ring the bells signalling his father's death. His father has been buried and now he's talking to his aunt. That's it, pretty much. He's also decided to let the tribes raid but he hasn't informed his council yet.

Oh very good. Honestly as long as the Tribes are allowed to raid the enemy they will be happy, the rest were largely ask for alot so that we can negotiate for what we really want sorta thing. At least for Keros.
