Okay, I live in Australia, so I understand that our high school is different to the vast majority of the world. We run ours for 6 years, from year 7 to year 12, and primary from Prep-6, and no middle school. I'm willing to change the app to fit in with any school system round the world.

Personality: Will care for those close to him, tries to interact with those not, but doesn't get too close. Has a very strong sense of right and wrong, but avoids all discussion of religion for numourous reasons. Rather extroverted and selfless, but also slightly judgmental and has a tendency to correct people. Quite in the nerdy side of things, but getting more used to a complex social life and fitting in.
Appearance: Sitting perfectly at the average hieght and healthy weight for his size. Messy black hair and light olive skin, mainly from his two ethnic backgrounds, Filipino and Australian. Rather thined faced, with a rather distinctive jawbone.

Personality: Yuko is very outgoing and makes a lot of jokes when around her close friends and people she knows, but is afraid to approach strangers and make new friends. On the outside, Yuko seems friendly, outgoing, and calm, but on the inside she is anxious of what others think of her, and her worst fear is being embarrassed in front of a large group of people. Yuko constantly stresses over how she acts with acquaintances in her head. She is quite shy talking people she doesn't know, and will often avoid starting conversations with strangers. She constantly tells herself to stop being shy around strangers, so there is a small chance she will try to get to know at least one person a month.

Yuko does alright academically, but hates doing homework. She sometimes forgets about projects, and often starts them a few days before they are due. At home, she mostly reads manga with her little sister, and surf the internet. She always takes notes and highlights them in class to avoid falling asleep.

A quite unusual trait of Yuko is that she constantly feels the urge to enter a romantic relationship with someone else, probably due to the fact that she thinks a romantic relationship is 'fun' and adorable, or it may be because she is desperate for romance and love in her life. She sometimes imagines kissing any one of her friends, probably due to the fact that she has not had her first kiss yet, and is desperate to do so.

Personality: Sarcastic, irritable, and vigorously studious, Toitoiko is very determined to get top marks—by any means necessary. Constantly stressing about her future, whether she mentions it or not, Toitoiko is always discreetly, or slightly more obviously, stressing over something, be it academic or otherwise. Her motto is: "Hetuku horai an, sekor, asrukonna pirka horai an—To rise is to live, thus, to stand is to live well." This motto means: "One success is good, but many successes make someone successful." She frequently repeats this motto to any who dare listen, particularly to underachievers while they are having a moment of success.

While she frequently outright ignores her classmates, Toitoiko has been known to occasionally crash parties thrown by more adventurous classmates, but she rarely actually comes to party. Normally, when she shows interest in more popular or 'cool' classmates, she attempts to figure out ways to bring them down. Often, she'll discreetly listen in on gossip while pretending to read. She then uses any juicy bits she picks up on to ask for 'favours' from popular kids, or, sometimes, she'll covertly slip them to the reporters for the school newspaper.

Normally, however, Toitoiko just works on schoolwork, occasionally forging her parents signatures when necessary. When honour and prosperity fight, prosperity always wins in Toitoiko's mind.
Appearance: Toitoiko is about 162cm or 5'3". She weighs approximately 50kg or 110lbs. She has thick glasses, but occasionally uses contacts instead.

According to the Wikipedia article on Secondary Education in Japan, the school starts at ~8:30am and ends between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, with an additional two hours added for clubs after school. This does not include the average of 2 hours spent getting to and from school.
That equates to between 7 and 9.5 hours at school.

Personality: Hailing from good ol' Osaka, Ryuunosuke was sent by his family to study out of town under the belief he could move to a quality career as a businessman, though young Kajimoto really thinks he's there to play captain for the soccer team and from there he'll move on to become Japan's national team captain and even a superstar on his own right. The High School side of things doesn't seem to entice him much but he can cope with most of things, except on Physics, which he'd rather cheat because he clearly can't get a single thing of it.

Ryuunosuke tends to be rather honest about things, to the point of hammering things in and he also has a terrible time not cracking puns at other people's expenses, but he can be a caring friend if given some time. Anyone that has decided to stick around will find a nice, focused guy trying his best to guarantee his friends will not be left with a frown on their faces. He also has a tendency to try and negotiate things between two warring forces and instantly make things worse as a result.

Never allow him to negotiate things. That's all.

Personality: The class clown. He takes risk, His actual motto is "You Only Live Once". He is nice, Passionate, Loving, caring...If no ones around. In the case if there's someone around, He's rather an asshole, He's a Loud and dirty mouth with the goal of making everyone entertained.

His grades are fine with grades no lower than C- And no higher than A- . He is actually great at counting, but he doesn't know the formulas for Physics & algebra, thats why he hates the subjects.

He hates food, He eats food only once or sometimes twice a day, he hates the taste of food and only eats for energy.

His jokes are very traumatizing, He has an infinite amount of jokes about very heinous subjects. But rarely uses them. He instead watch horrible comedy movies and use the jokes there.

He spends most of his time playing FPS games , Reading countless Atlas Books, or climbing small buildings. He doesn't do any of his assignments and projects, the reason why he still pass is because Someone does it for him.
