Yugoslavia has a similar meaning, I think.

Well, in Serbian it is (without declensions, keep in mind I am not writing in corrocet serbian) kinda like "Sveti Carstvo Jugosloveni Narod"
And also, the short name would be Jugoslav Empire

I don't know, Austria has already added quite a bit with Switzerland and the rest of northern Italy. It's your decision of course.
