Of course, some concessions were made in order to get the lefties to vote in favor of that. FFHabsburg will have to see if he can live with the compromises that had to be made in order for him to be offered the throne.

With certain concessions they might... Catalonia is basically being offered to them as a place where they can do whatever they want.
