(Briefly how one part of it works, The masses elect a group of representatives (The Council) numbering up to 10 people, the elected officials then, after a maximum of 7 days of debate, elect a Council Chair. The masses can overturn this ruling with a 51% majority ruling (i.e. 51% of pop must go and vote to get it changed). When writing a bill/ law the Council will present it to the rest of the Council who will vote on it, the document must be approved by 3/4 of the Council. It then makes its way to the Chair of the Council who can either pass the document or reject it, passing it passes it on into effect while rejecting it passes it back to the Council. Both rejection and passation can be overturn the Council or Council Chair decision with a 51% majority vote (Same as with Chair of Council elections) These mass votes can take place for documents at any time within a 2 month time period from, while mass votes to change the Council Chair must happen within 7 days of election by the Council.)
Head of State: Council Chair Kate Q. Woolcott
Head of Government: Council Chair Kate Q. Woolcott
Population: 1,791,900
Military Description: 89,595 Brave souls make up the active Military of the SPNZ and another 53,757 in the nations reserves. Knowing that their military is minute compared to the ones of other countries. Because of this fact they train their military primarily in Guerrilla warfare, but that doesn't mean that they are unwilling to dig their heels into the dirt and fight. The stubborn, and sickeningly British New Zealanders have a knack for setting up, defending, and operating artillery. As for rifles, their military has acquired Type 38 rifles, and its carbine variant for their non-front line infantry/ its cavalry Along with the Winchester Model 1886. As for shotguns employed by their military, the Winchester Model 1912 is the one currently in use. The Hotchkiss M1909 Benét–Mercié is the MG that has been acquired by the government for this task. The standard issue sidearm for soldiers was the British Bull Dog revolver. Other infantry weapons used included the Kukri and the Jam tin grenade (A less improvised looking version). And as for their artillery, they used 4-inch mortars to a minor extent but used the QF 18-pounder Gun to a much, much larger one. (2 mortars for every 10 QF 18-pounders).
Economic Description: The economy is actually quite well off. There exist two kinds of currency in the SPNZ Tickets and Dosh. Tickets are given to everyone who works, Tickets are traded for food, power, water, and rent respectively. Dosh can be used in place of Tickets though. Dosh is a paper currency not much unlike the British Pound, except with different imagery on the bills. It is given in smaller amounts than Tickets (Annual salary for Middle class persons is about Ɖ 15, 000) Dosh is used for leisure and for non essentials (i.e. a radio). This system encourages work, the amount of both currencies received are relative to time worked and working diligence. Those who work receive rent, water, and power tickets at the end of the month regardless. Dosh is awarded at the end of the month as well, this is a set amount each month (Varies and depends on department manager). This system may be rather chaotic for the government, but it keeps workers housed, happy, and productive.
Ideology: The masses are the rulers and those in power are only powerful because of their people, All men/ woman are equal in worth and are free, Technological advancement is the path to our future and should be strived for by any means, and Those who work and contribute to their country should prosper.
Allegiance: None yet, is very friendly towards other socialist countries and is cautious of Britain and its empire.
Goals: Spread political ideals, buddy up with larger nations, provoke no one.
Point of Divergence: 1854

Iliescu is of course, a special case. He's the one guilty for most of our country's current problems, he's guilty of crimes against humanity in the Mineriads he orchestrated, and he was the man of the Russians all this time.
That's why I think that he deserves an execution in the exact same style he executed Ceausescu.

You'll get no opposition from me on the punishment of so-called communists who joined the Romanian post-1989 government. They are but traitors and quislings in my opinion.
