That is okay, your bio was good enough to justify it.

Aw, thanks. I'm definitely excited for this RP. It'll be a good'un.

Yeah I noticed that is little to no Imperial characters. What's the highest rank besides Supreme Leader that one can have in the Imperial Remnant?

Since this takes place after the end of the First Order, the Remnant I take it is even weaker than the New order.

Currently no one.

The Remnant is weaker then the First Order. They are not really a threat and strive to regain their power.

Yes, in my previous Star Wars RPs the most fun and attachment I had was with my Sith Empire Admiral character. I was hoping for Grand Admiral or Admiral but maybe I can think of something lower. Sorry if I sounded like an ass with that last post.

No worries, maybe you could make a app for a admiral. May help me when I have to rp the remnant. Though you would not have alot of ships under your command.

I know, I was honestly going to start without a ship. Until finding either a Acclamator or an Imperial-II Class Star Destroyer both of which would be vastly outdated.

Well some people are starting with clone war era ships and gear, so you would not be the first. Yeah, make a admiral app and let's see how it goes.

Isn't Lord the Sith version of Knight, though? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought the ranks were mirrored like this:
Master = Darth
Knight = Lord
Padawan = Apprentice
Initiate = Acolyte

Oh it is, well I do not think there are sith lords around though. Since the highest ranking was Ren and he was still training to be a sith. So I guessing you were planning on going sith then?

Application:

Name: Raal Zhein

Age: Thirty-seven

Gender: Male.

Species: Duros.

Appearance:
Image

Homeworld: Coruscant.

Force Sensitive? No.

Occupation: Officer in the New Republic Starfleet.

Rank: Captain.

Affiliation: New Republic.

Background: Raal was born into a middle-class family on Coruscant: not incredibly wealthy but blessed by their position to live in the most politically influential sector of the galaxy. As such, Raal had a sheltered upbringing, not having to deal with the rampant crime, corruption, warfare or economic depression the outer segments of the galaxy had to deal with. Growing up with such rose-tinted glasses, Raal's ambition was always to become an independent trader, see the galaxy and make money as an afterthought.

On his first trip to Nar Shaddaa, Raal was mugged and his Freighter was set on fire. In a single stroke, he found himself cut off from his family, the New Republic which had cradled him his entire life, and the concepts of civility and civilisation which he had held so dear. It was two more years before he managed to get himself off-world, the official recognition of Hutt Space as a self-governed sector of space meaning that the New Republic could set up an embassy on Nar Shaddaa. it was through this that Raal managed to arrange for passage back to Coruscant.

Having seen the lawlessness and cruelty which could exist in the world beyond Coruscant, Raal reeled. For a month, he simply did nothing other than eat, drink and read about the worlds beyond the Core. Moving from source to source, he catalogued every single ill which afflicted every major planet he could find. From there, he spent another month reading about history, about the Sith and the Jedi and about the Old Republic and its rise and fall. And then he spent a third month reading about whatever he could find.

At the end of the third month back on Coruscant, Raal went out and enlisted with the New Republic Starfleet.

And just like that, Raal dropped out of contact with his family and old friends, throwing himself fully into his new life as an Officer in the Starfleet. With a single-minded determination and years of slow grinding he went from controlling the Tractor Beam emplacement of an Endurance to the Tactical Officer on a Corona to the Navigations Officer on a Republic-class to the Captain of a Corona-class and, finally, worked his way into the Captaincy of a Nebula-class Star Destroyer.

And with that, he was set. A Nebula-class was a prestigious command and when it was used as the testbed for a new anti-piracy configuration. Deployed into the Outer Rim, Raal spent the next few years operating both independently and as a part of larger fleets in order to crush several major pirate enclaves before the fleet performance was reviewed fully. The campaign was a success in every meaning of the word, but Raal didn't realise that the very success he was creating might cause problems.

He finally understood when he received his next deployment: another three years on the anti-piracy routes, this time operating without any fleet support. The next thirty-five months would be the most grueling of his career, with only occasional fleet base support and near-constant engagements. Now only a month away from finally getting deployed to something other than anti-piracy missions, Raal is at his most irate, his most reckless and heaven help anyone who gets in the way of him keeping his ship in one piece long enough to get redeployed.

Ship: NRDS Perserverence, a Nebula-class Star Destroyer which has traded roughly a quarter of its armament and two Squadrons for four G9-x gravity well projectors.

Equipment: Official New Republic commission, five sets of uniforms, box of momentos, a pair of hold-out blasters, credit chip.

Skills: Zhein is competent planner and is capable of viewing each portion of a tactical puzzle from each and every angle before turning impediments into advantages and weaknesses into opportunities. He has a fairly accurate grasp of Fleet politics, although he still lacks the ability to twist that to his advantage, and he is a passable shot with a blaster, although his utility in a firefight is heavily limited by his weak combat reflexes. What ability he does have in personal combat is a result of his ability to plan more than anything, as well as his willingness to discard generally accepted rules if he thinks he can make it work.

Weakness: Zhein is an aggressive commander...too much so. More often than not, he will overextend and leave himself open to potential counterattacks: most noticeably he will discard entire battleplans if he thinks he can see an opportunity to strike a crippling blow. This, aided by overconfidence, permeates almost every aspect of Zhein's personality and almost every activity he takes part in. Not only does this make him unpopular with those who work with him, it also leaves him at a marked disadvantage in terms of fleet politics, which is itself to blame for his current position.

So...apparently I'm a decent writer. Um...wait, what?
Relativity, nukes in space, nukes in atmosphere, LASERs, MASERs, kinetic weapons, missile and kinetic CIWS, impactors and centripital force.

And, of course, for anything at all, you can always go here.

Yep. I usually tend to make my chars unaffiliated force-sensitive bounty hunters or assassins, but since this RP seems to have enough of these already, I think I'll go Sith for this one.
One more question: since my character will have to be an Apprentice, who is he being trained by? Since there are no Lords around, and all?

Yeah do have two force sensitive bounty hunters. How about self taught? Your character has a family member that was a sith in the past and went to Korriban to learn about them and the dark side?

Don't, he is a maverick, through and through. Not quite a Sith in terms of megalomania, but certainly not a dottering Jedi...

I just hope OP doesn't mind

Application:
Name: Vitt'avoat'eaga ("Tavoa")
Age: 22.
Gender: Female.
Species: Chiss.
Appearance: Here.
Homeworld: Coruscant (allegedly).
Force Sensitive: Y.
Occupation: Bounty Huntress; Seductress.
Rank: None.
Affiliation: Herself.
Background: Tavoa claims that her mother rose her, in secret, in the Coruscant Underground. She was a rare breed of Chiss; force sensitive. Normally, Chiss aren't. But she was different, and though her mother never told her who her father was, she suspected he was force sensitive. After all, it was usually genetics from one or both of the parents. Tavoa's mother raised her in poverty; her mother told her stories of how the New Republic almost fell to the First Order. Eventually, Tavoa began learning how to use the Force; control it. Because she had no teacher, she was weak at first.

At age 12, she was taken in by the Jedi Order - her force sensitivity had gotten stronger in her lifetime. While she did train with the Jedi, she was always quick-tempered and agitated. It didn't take much for her to decide to leave the Order at age seventeen, especially with her mother's death. Tavoa began tapping into the Dark Side of the Force, and had some knowledge of the Light. Using what she knew from the Jedi, she taught herself from then on how to use the Force; and, as she used more and more Force abilities, she became more experienced in their results and capability.

For the past few years, she has used her beauty to seduce men into giving her what she wanted; whether it was credits or something else. She also used mind tricks for good measure, if their species was susceptible. Tavoa has also been a bounty huntress; charging money to kill people. She had originally simply hunted and killed those responsible for her mother's death, but then had branched out. Her former Jedi Master had learned of this and tried to stop her; she killed him for it. Tavoa hates the Jedi, and everyone else really. She keeps herself isolated, only doing jobs for people if the creds are worth it.
Ship: The Dead Eye, a modified HWK-290 Light Freighter.
Equipment: Two lightsabers with 'dark crystals', alternative armor she sometimes wears.
Skills: Lightsaber fightering, Force User (Light Side [moderate/low mastery] and Dark Side [high beginner level]), Seducing men, killing.
Weakness: Her quick temperamental nature means that, when angered, she loses focus. Without her focus she isn't that good with the Force. This, along with the fact she's still somewhat young, combines to make her very stubborn and strong-willed. This is a weakness because it may get her killed if she gets into deep trouble.
