Welcome to Lazarus everyone this is a RP I wanted to make because of the lack of science-fiction role plays. The first disclaimer will need to be this is not a magic or meta human RP just strictly humans who have made technological feats that they use as a weapon to either save or hurts other beings. This is not implying that magic or super powered humans do not exist but our characters will not have these abilities. The only exception to this would be placing your brain in a exo body. That option will show up later in the story promise. Now with that out of the way. Let's talk!
Charater Classes- These are professions that your charater study's in. This can range from archaeologist, to medical practitioner, to science geek extraordinaire. Even those who are weapon masters are allowed. If you want to to greater specify what your character can do for example a nano scientist or phlebotomist you can do that too. This Class will give your character a profession that they are most skilled at and will be most actively involved in.
Ship Job- This will be your secondary skill set. Something along the lines of are you a pilot, ship gunner, navigator, field medic, etc. This is the skill that defineds your role with in the crew of the ship. Again this can be anything from cook, engineer, and engine maintenance.
Time period- The time period is 2016 two weeks from New Years.
Now on to the goodies! Enemies!!
Magic folks- The magic community has their own school which shall not be named. Usually we do not interact with the problems caused by witches and wizards and their world. There are times where we need to step in and handle things like when someone opened up a grate demon to kill us all! So yes we hate those cheeky bastards with a passion. I have my eye on you.
Meta-humans- You've seen them on the news out side your home and just about everywhere you look. They are some of our normal problematic occurrence destroying buildings, city's, and other priceless treasures. Normally we capture them and send them to be dealt with by their own kind and collect a reward. Sadly their are some we can not do this to and are being held in our underwater base Atlantis.
Alien Invaders- This is our most important mission to protect our planet from alien threats who wish harm on the human race. This has happened numerous times and each time we halted the attack on earth. Lives are always lost during these battles but me must move on and become stronger together.
Legends, folktales, and the occasional outbreak- These are our up most kept secrets. Gods, Goddesses, and their enemies do exist! We must all cost stop them from clashing or destroy them if necessary to save the world from the aftermath of the brawl. Then there is the zombies because someone thinks it's funny to keep trying to bring about the end of the world.
