That's fine. As for military size you can just look up what Hungary's military size was in WWII and that would work. The flag can be anything you want as long as it makes sense to the country, so make sure to tell me when you add that as well. Other than that well done. I don't think that you control Hispaniola or even Haiti. On the map Cuba is in the Northern League but Hispaniola is a neutral territory. Unless Hispaniola joins with you, or you invade Hispaniola, it is not part of your territory.
