Well, my character, Goldmark, is a potato-eating, sheep-loving, Brit-disliking, beer-drinking ex-army corporal turned farmer turned hero living in Dublin, Ireland.

In the city of Dublin, or County Dublin? City of Dublin is in County Dublin, but County Dublin covers more than just the city of Dublin.

I would describe my character, but I don't know which one to choose yet.

Mine's either going to be an Italian magician turned villain turned neutral or a Brazilian vigilante turned superhero. Or both.

Also, since we have one other German confirmed and you're considering playing an Imperial Japanese character, I may switch my character's nationality to Italian if we don't get anyone else on board who wants to play an Italian.

I won't be removing Miyuki, though, she'll still be the main. My idea for the Imperial Japanese guy is a (possibly suspended-animated) cyborg unable to emerge from his robotic suit who probably believes the War is still going on and can be used as dumb muscle (similar to the earlier North Korea guy). Maybe I'll let him be able to rocket-jump so he can do "kamikaze" bodyslams.

But if OP lets us have three characters, then.... Uhuhhuhu...

I'm thinking of Spark: A Furgulkinetic, can harness the power of electricity, or increase of decrease the current coltage of electric mechanisms. Oh, and is good with blades, daggers, swords, knives and whatnot, and can harness the power of electrciity in conjunction with using the blades.

He is going to know the war was over and is appalled by the Holocaust (and other atrocities like the Rape of Nanking) but is determined to restore the Axis powers (and more specifically his homeland Italy) to their former glory (start the Fourth Reich, create a new Roman Empire and revive Japanese imperialism). He would have been trapped in a prison where he did not age and could not do anything but was completely aware of his surroundings and given all sorts of news by a sympathetic guard. AXIS would have found him and freed him, offering a job, which he gladly accepted as the superheroes of FLAGG will have to be deposed before the Axis can rise again.

Not necessarily evil, he just has different political ideals than most people. He actually has rather strong convictions about justice. However, some of his behavior would certainly be reminiscent of an antihero (for example, he'd be willing to kill genuinely evil foes).
