Before we get started, we should do something about organization. It's at risk of becoming a 24-car pileup.
1. Are all storylines going to run in the thread simultaneously? If so, will they be labeled separately?
2. Will there be an order of posting? Will there be something like waiting for at least two posts by other people before posting?
3. Will there be an expected time or time limit for posting?
4. Will there be small summaries of the posts to help deal with the fact that we have like 20 players?
5. What's the starting date? How fast will time advance during the game?

In regards to organisation, I believe it would be best for all major wars or wars of which involve players fighting players should be scheduled, for example the first war scheduled could be the Crusade against Jochi, before such a war takes place we should ask who is going to take part in said war and what said person wants if they win said war (As long as it is judged as deemed reasonable by UMN), I also believe that we should state at the start of the game what we're going to do first, things such as annexation of non-player land (Dibs on Poland, if land wanted for annexation is huge and two people want it, they should negotiate), building up the military and other such things.

What about events that don't have much to do with it, like in East Asia, or America? If we cluster everything, it's going to be a huge mess.
