Personally, I'm trying to stagnate power of Asian countries, specifically China and Ashstralia.

You can stop travel west through blocking parts of Australasia, but the vast sea of the Pacific lies to the east, and there, the Americas. You can have Asia stay in Asia, or have Asia leave Asia. One is more convenient in the long-term and less likely to result in an anti-euromonarchist bloc setup around VOID's ultrasecular United American Federation.

Well this is a predicament.

The only issue is that private institutions in Darul Ridzuan are to fund Jochi's war. With the added possibility of some of our citizens fighting alongside the Caliphate. That is on them.

Officially (and hopefully throughout the conflict) we'd send neutral personnel such as medics to treat the war wounded as well as aid supplies to potential refugees or internally displaced people.

That being said, we're the lesser and much more negotiable and business friendly evil at the end of the day.

Why would the Dutch refuse cooperation? They have no reason to. It doesn't even have to benefit other European powers, it needs to benefit me; at the moment the Netherlands and I are in good relations.

I could still undergo protectionist-style trade, and use raw materials instead of money. That might be MORE useful in some cases.
