An RP inspired by Initial D and Wangan Midnight
Every night, the fastest, most dangerous, and most notorious street racers and street racing teams of Zolevskoy meet in secluded and rural areas of the country to race wherever they deem fit. Most often, those looking to hone their drifting skills go to the mountain passes in the east, while those looking for a more thrilling top speed race on the freeways. Even though it has always been around for almost half a century, the stakes have been heavily rising in the past 5 years, so much that street racers and teams from around the world have shown keen interest, some of which have already traveled to Zolevskoy to compete. Anybody is allowed to join in, whether they use a used touring car, a heavily modified JDM tuner, or even a high-powered exotic. The only conditions are that they do not talk about it to anybody not involved, and that they play by the rules or be "treated by the rules".
In the summer of 2017, Zolevskoy begins to see a massive spike in illegal street racing activity. People from all over the world visit and even immigrate to Zolevskoy with their cars just to compete in what is quickly becoming known as the street racing capital of the world. Despite the police making their best efforts to crack down on the street racers, they have not had much success. Will the Zolevskoyan street racing continue booming, or will it eventually die out, no matter the cause?

- Although this should probably go without saying, I absolutely do NOT condone the act of street racing. It's illegal, extremely dangerous, and extremely risky not just for the safety of you and any bystanders, but with the potential to be caught by law enforcement too. Obey your local laws and regulations, and if you want to race, take it to your local track.
- OP is God Emperor, no exceptions.
- No godmodding, powergaming, Mary Sue-ing, and the typical rules.
- You can use any kind of car you want from old beaters, classic muscle cars, tuned-up JDM cars, and even ricers if you really want to. However consult with me beforehand if you want to use some type of exotic or supercar such as a Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi R8, or even a McLaren P1. Remember, this is illegal street racing on public roads, not an international championship on a track.
- Real life countries are not existent in the canon of this RP, so you'll have to use your nation or some other fictional nation to participate in this RP. Due to the confusion it would cause, your vehicle's country of origin should not be specified specifically unless it originates from your nation. Due to this RP being MT, if your nation is past tech, PMT, or FT you need to either use an MT version of it or a different MT nation you can come up with or one that you have already made.
- Absolutely nobody is exempt from the rules, including the OP. 3 warnings will be issued for each player, and less if the severity of the infraction(s) are higher.
- Try to keep your vehicles and other elements of the RP mostly realistic. Yes, your upgrades, tactics, and moves can be inspired by Initial D or Fast and Furious or something of the like, since this RP is based off Initial D/Wangan Midnight/Midnight Club (and to a point, The Fast and Furious). High horsepower, high top speeds, and everything in between are allowed and encouraged, but keep it at least somewhat fair, and mostly realistic.
- Drama between other players in IC or even with NPCs is allowed. In fact, I encourage it! However, if it involves violence between one player and another, consult with each other first to prevent godmodding/powergaming.
- While you are allowed to lightly ram or shunt another racer, you may only make them lose control or something of the like with your opponent's explicit permission.
- Try to make your posts fairly long (at least 2 paragraphs). The exception to this is if your character is just replying to another character, or as part of a race. The posts for either two of the circumstances mentioned or for any other reason like them can really be any size, though I reccomend at least 2 sentences or so if possible.
- If you lose your car in a pink slip race or something of the like, don't whine about it, and don't panic. You can RP as if you have another car or as if you bought a new one shortly afterwards. Of course, you can get angry about it with your IC character, but you absolutely may not OOCly. Read below for more about OOC/IC attitude.
- You may race an NPC opponent you create as well, if you desire. In these races you may make a post of any size describing how you win or lose without rolling any dices to make a move. You may do these races in any place, under any circumstance (ex. Pink slip races and tournaments). However, avoid using this opportunity to make yourself an undefeated racer or anything of the like. Other players are eager to race you too!
-Every car must run on 100% Super Eurobeat. Absolutely no exceptions.
- Finally, treat everybody else how you'd like to be treated. Specifically, in OOC. IC arguments and general assholery are permitted, however.
