Well, apparently according to something that I read upon the trailer and description/comments, Ellie and Joel hide within a small community. Firefly attacked the community's place to get Ellie back and maybe do surgery on her for the vaccine. They failed, but they succeeded in killing all of the community people except for Ellie and Joel.

Maybe this is not their first raid/attack.

So Ellie maybe tired, decided to take things back and revenge on Firefly.

I've considered coming back to this, but I don't know about The Last of Us specifically. Was wondering what you guys would prefer; The Last of Us again, or this new idea I had. Was going to a "zombie apocalypse" style RP where the monsters would be created around body horror. Think John Carpenter's The Thing, Cronenberg, Hellraiser, Pan's Labyrinth, The Babadook, and all that other horror. Would also incorporate some of the other classics like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Halloween, and more and more would get revealed, and I'd planned on it taking place in the Northern US (like Minnesota, North Dakota, etc.) Anyways, it's whatever the people want. I'd personally LOVE the second option though.

I'd also be fine with either. And since I don't know much about the Last of Us, so perhaps the second option might work better for me, personally, but it's up to you

I'd much prefer something original. I'd be willing to throw up some ideas. I mean, you could really do some cool shit with concept from the Thing alone.

PROVIDE A BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE RP: The characters try to get to Canada to escape the mysterious illness.
